Their produce section is set up nicely, food is always fresh, and the gentleman in that department are Always polite. I appreciate you.🙏🏼 The older ladies in the deli make Sure that you food is made well and fresh! 🍃👌🏼 Although smaller, this is a Clean and one of the better Publix locations.😊

They have fantastic freshly made subs. The deli is definitely on point. Not only do they have phenomenal deli sandwiches. They also saved the day. I needed some isopropyl alcohol and of course, a fantastic energy drink to do a small project at home. Not only are the conveniently located they have fantastic customer service. Thanks again Publix for being there when I need you. FYI got a little Vino while I was there too.

$32 for a dollar tree vase full of candy and a small balloon is criminal. What's the point of a friendly store if everything and anything is beyond ridiculously expensive, what a joke.

ACCUSED OF STEALING!!!!! SHORT OLDER FEMALE EMPLOYEE (short brown hair, hispanic, female) WATCH OUT.
Two weeks ago at self check out I was accused of stealing. As I was scanning my items I accidentally scanned an item two times and when I went to ask for help the lady REFUSED and told me that she had to CHECK MY BAGS. She started to ask me where everything in my bags were on my list, and when she accused me of another item she immediately told me I was stealing and refused to help me, HOWEVER, when I showed her exactly where it on the scanning list, she quickly became quiet and took off the items that were scanned twice and walked away without as much as an apology. I have been going to this Publix for a VERY long time and I am even familiar with some employees because I live so close. I have never been treated with so much disrespect as I was that day. As I write this review I am seeing other reviews with a similar problem and all I have to say is DO BETTER. (Update post after this.)

I asked the associate to cut a ribeye in half and package them individually for me. The associate failed to package each piece individually; I didn’t want to cause a problem so I accepted it.

The following day I open the steak to cook and this is how the associate decided to cut the steak in half. See the attached photo. Not only are they unevenly cut, but they’re not even fully separated.

What great customer service; I’m sure George Jenkins is rolling in his grave right now.

I rarely leave negatives reviews for publix but this was such a disappointing experience. I went to the deli to order a sub and another employee was preparing a online order, didn't even acknowledge me. No worries, I waited. Someone else came. I said I wanted a Philly which was on sale and she looked at me with a blank stare. I repeated the order several times and was still given the same look. I pointed to menu and she proceeded to lean forward to check the menu to see what I was referencing. Then walked away abruptly to get someone who had to explain they offer that item. All throught this she did not communicate at all with me so I don't know if she understood me? I ended up leaving because I didn't feel that I could communicate with the employee. Really weird. Take your pub sub orders elsewhere. Silver lakes publix is great.

Started off good.. quickly declined in professionalism.. pub sub department is ghetto, not professional, always running out of tenders. Closing up early.. like two hours before closing. Managers are young and incompetent. I told them some feedback and they just brushed me off.. it’s disappointing because I live in the community next door. I hope corporate does some coaching and counseling and gets the professionalism back in this Publix.. just terrible
