Good evening, I just saw bad service, mistreatment of a person, because she doesn't speak English, these women treated her badly, terrible service.

My first visit to a Publix chain and after hearing so many great things, my experience was far from 5 stars. The store was stocked and clean however there was expired salmon on display that smelled badly and when I brought it to the attention of the team member in seafood department I got nonchalant response the person who runs department called off today. It was same with organic poultry on display I bothered to not inform another team member settling for other chicken breast with current expiration date. I didn’t think my experience could get any worse but at checkout i requested a razor and the manager retrieved and verified the price displayed was incorrect but it would be honored, I thought great customer service. Wrong, the cashier was rude had an attitude when I informed her the manager said price would be honored due to old sticker she went back and forth briefly then finally honored price. For what I spent in one shopping trip highly disappointed with the customer service at Publix. Hopefully this feedback will be training for all team members at this location. Thank you!

Worst Publix I’ve ever been to. 30min for a sandwich, with only 1 person in front of me. Then he took another 10min to do my 2 sandwiches. No one employee in the store had a care in the world to be there, or to give a sense of urgency. I’ve been in management, I wanted to fire everyone and start over.

The store still has inventory problems. They do not stock enough that are on BOGO or advertised for sale, and then if you get a rain check chances are they will not get the item back into stock before it ends in 30 days. There is no coordination between marketing and ordering new products and inventory.

great place to just run in and get what you need. we are from Buffalo and need a few items. they had what we needed and got on our way. we will definitely be back whenever we're in town.
