Good morning,I always shop in Publix and never had any issues but today I was very disappointed it's was unpleasant visit , very simple situation but so unprofessional comment from employee. While I was walking on front end I notice I have more then 10 item so I decide stay in the line and wait for my turn in front of me was maybe one more customer so not a big deal and then cashier from express line called me her name was Judith and she was very nice and that time she didn't had any costumer's and she was willing to charge my items and I said thank you so much I was very happy , while I put my items on the line another lady who was packed my staff her name was MICHELLE made this comment I THINK PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO READ ITS 10 ITEM OR LESS and cashier replies to her that she the one who called me but it's made me feel so uncomfortable and that's was so unprofessional comment especially in front of your costumer 😡

Years on and still the same issues with the deli. Place an order online, and the app states it will be ready in X time, and you when you arrive at or after X time, the sub still isnt ready. One of the reasons, is because they make in-store customer's orders regardless of whether the online order was submitted 1 hour before the in-store customer arrived at the deli counter. I personally saw this. My order receipt was attached to the counter in front of them and they kept making in-person orders from people who had recently walked up, regardless that I had placed my order almost an hour before. Absolutely ridiculous and defeats the purpose of online ordering. The Publix managers clearly dont know how to efficiently manage their department/store, and should be ashamed. I wont be ordering subs from this Publix again.

My experience at this place is phenomenal. The manager Richard is one of the best people I’ve ever met. This man always says hello. His energy and personality is unmatched. Publix is proud to have an employee who can help everyone with the most basic needs. He always has a smile on his face. The deli workers are so happy to help. The best part is that no one holds a grudge against me because of my own actions. I’ve been known to get a little crazy when I’m not in a good space. Thank you Publix on coral way and 146 for having patience with me. I love you guys.

This has been my Publix since we moved in 2018. It's always nice to shop at Publix but what made the difference today was the employee Eduardo. The gentleman was so attentive and so willing to help that those are the reasons why I keep choosing Publix as my preferred supermarket!

I recently had knee surgery and I can’t walk a lot as of yet. So I parked in the fire lane since I only had 2 items to get. I come out approximately 7 mins later and my car was towed from this Publix’s parking lot. An employee later pointed to a new tow away sign that has apparently been in overdrive lately. I spend over $10K per year in this store, but Walmart now has a new customer. So disappointed in this store for towing its loyal customers.

This is my neighborhood Publix that I have been going for years and in the past few months I actually have stopped going because I try to go on Sunday in the morning but today was a perfect example. I said let me give it another try when I went to pay there was only one cashier the only thing that was open was the pay yourself. That can be helpful if you’re paying a few items. But if you’re going to do your weekly shopping and are spending over 200.00 I don’t want to bag my stuff scan my stuff. How crazy for that I go across the street and go to Walmart cheaper. I have always been a Publix customer but things are changing and not for the better. Luke me there were two other women saying exactly the same we are paying Publix prices and getting Walmart service. I hope you look into this because I will be definitely changing my preference or just think of Publix as a place to pick up a few items store only.

Customers that get into their car go into the store have to wait to be serviced in the deli because of online orders. The Ubers get preference.. I can do the same but I like to go in. The deli people just ignore you!!!!
