Modern where it counts and a throwback where needed and wanted. Today’s Publix locations focus on going digital where possible, such as self-checkout and coupons offered through the app, allowing staff to invest in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. Club Publix is definitively the future! A great place to download the native app is in the new Wi-Fi-enabled seating area.

I was excited when this Publix opened because of the location, but it’s been nothing but a disappointment. Save yourself the time and aggravation and visit a different location.

Waited in the middle of the afternoon at the deli for 10 minutes. There was no one working the counter and no one even acknowledged I was standing there. I decided to place an online order so I could continue shopping. I came back at the “Guaranteed Ready By” time and of course the order was nowhere to be found. The lady at the counter looked completely confused and lost and asked to see my order. Then she suddenly found it. 50 minutes later… I finally received my sliced meat and cheese.

The store itself is a mess. Nothing is properly stocked and the shelves are half empty. Two things I grabbed didn’t have labels. The package of bottle water I picked up was broken and the glass cut my finger. I went to the bathroom and of course there was no paper towel and nothing was properly stocked. Absolute nightmare experience.

Hopefully they get some new leadership in this store and turn things around, because right now it is terrible and I would avoid at all costs.

I’ve been to this Publix a few times since they opened since I work in the plaza and every time I go, the hot food looks picked through and not fresh, I’ve been twice with no chicken tenders available, cold popcorn chicken, also I’ve stood at the hot bar for about 6-7 minutes before even getting acknowledged. The soft drink station was messy which is annoying because there’s only like half a foot to work with when putting the lid and straw on. This is not a convenient Publix at all because the bakery is in the far back corner away from everything else and they don’t have warm bakery items either :/

This Publix was only good the first 2 weeks when it open ,after that you can't get services the hot bar never had barely any food ,they only have chicken strips and potatoes wedges you have to be in line for 10 min waiting to get help .

This is the most bizarre Publix I have ever been to.

Cannot recommend and won't be back.

It's about the size of 3-4 convenience stores, so it's compact, but without the variety you'd expect from Publix or any other grocer. I had a short (VERY SHORT) list of everyday items and quickly realized this location has NOTHING. I walked out with 1 item...just so I can drive to another Publix and finish my shopping.

This location is good for:
Orchids
Scratch-Off Tickets
Tide detergent
Campbells Soup
Frozen foods
Coke products

Nothing else. You think I'm exaggerating. Literally, this is more like an express or convenience store. Shocking that Trader Joes down the street has more products than this Publix.

I honestly don't get what the point of this store is. Can someone tell me? What's the point?

Also, there was 1 cashier and a long long long line of people trying to use one of the MANY self-check-outs. I saw 4 manager-ish staff just standing around watching the long line of people. Is that their job? Just watch people check out and stand in line?!?!

Like I said, this is the most bizarre Publix. I won't be back.

This Publix don’t feel like the Publix I shop in my home town service is horrible,The bulk ladie that wear sunglasses she is soo rude with clients she don’t follow direction in how to make a simple sub i order a sub with bacon she don’t add the bacon I told her she get some mad a this point I just took my sub with out bacon because her attitude was not necessary and I don’t want to have the energy on my meal . thank you for your attention.

lady who worked here ran after me and yelled at me thinking i was stealing, when i was grabbing my wallet out of my purse and still had the items in my hand. extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional and i would rather go to a different company further away rather than go here ever again
