I've been a Publix fan forever however, I can't do it anymore. The prices at Publix are so much higher than their competitors. The stores are beautiful but the difference in the money is far too great. I'm gone until they get closer to reasonable.

I ordered a sub from there yesterday. It was a chicken bacon ranch, they put no ranch on my sub. I don’t understand, I was starving. I couldn’t go to the store because I was sick and I am also a breastfeeding mother. Really disappointed in this. Idk how you don’t put ranch on a chicken bacon ranch sub. I literally wanted to cry because I was so hungry. It was so dry. You guys should be ashamed giving out subs like this. I ain’t ordering from this Publix ever again.

Horrible service at the pharmacy...had a mgr. Call and harass me, after leaving the store. Accusing me of saying something as I walked away? (False) When I asked her what she was referring to..she rudely replied..you know I am guilty of saying thank you to the clerk..when she did not respond (your welcome) I said it aloud (your welcome) thinking she would get the hint. Common courtesy goes a long way. I wish the District Mgr would look at the audio/video of the mentioned incident. To show what I'm referring to? There was definitely a lack of professionalism, rude and unacceptable. So my next avenue of recourse is to call corporate in Lakeland. Which I have no problem doing this because she also threatened to make notations on my file about this(?) incident. This has most definitely put a bad taste in my mouth about ever entering another Publix store. Not to mention my mother retired from the Publix in Vero Beach. This is in no way and no how to service your loyal..(ex-loyal) customers. I did reach out to the store manager and it seems to have been just swept under the rug. Please review your footage from our transaction at the register. I'll be waiting (shortly) for your response before I proceed to corporate. A Pharmacy is a place for individuals to receive help and guidance not lies and harassment.

Excellent supermarket my only issue is on occasion the seafood odor is very strong. I may be overly sensitive in this opinion not being a fan of seafood 🦞.

I wish they’d keep the same products consistently. It feels like every other week, a product I just purchased is now gone and replaced with something else. I’m not going to go up and ask for them to bring it to the store just for me to purchase it twice a month. Other than this, I love to go for the BOGOs, bakery, and their produce is always some of the best. And they have sumo oranges every season!!🥰

Love this Publix. Bathrooms, floors and shelves are always clean. Employees are always nice, helpful and have actual knowledge of where things are located. I have 5 kids and this is the only Publix I go to for my kids cakes. Been coming here for 7 years already they have always been fully stocked even during COVID.

Make sure your Birthday is listed With them they offer a bar cake or Preminum ice cream if you can't eat cake this free they Celebrate your birthday. It's such a blessing

My fiance and I have been shopping at the Publix in Casselberry on Howell Branch for over 20 years. My fiance is a professional couponer and found a deal on the Celsius drink that I use as my morning coffee. The deal was buy 2 Celsius packets get one free. So we grabbed 6 since as shown in the picture attached the coupon doesn't state 1 per customer or show any limit. Which needlees to say she knew to check for. To our surprise at the register only 1 of the buy 2 get 1 free deals was showing at checkout. The cashier agreeing with us grabbed a manager by the name of John to put in the manager override or at least that's what she told us. However John explained any manufacturers coupons are 1 per customer. We then asked can you provide the fine print explaining that. He then explained he couldn't because it's a well known unwritten rule by all online shoppers that coupons online don't have to specify 1 per transaction. We're still going to shop at Publix that Publix including but hopefully this message makes people in Publix remember shopping is supposedly supposed to be a pleasure. In my opinion being told we're not in the know of a fabricated unwritten rule is not a pleasure. On the contrary it made me feel like us customers do not matter. And well Publix wants John to be the face of what they believe customer service should look like 🤔.
