Publix consistently exceeds my expectations with their excellent service and quality products. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any questions. Their store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, bakery items, and everyday essentials. I’m always impressed by how easy it is to find everything I need. The deli section, in particular, is outstanding, offering delicious sandwiches and freshly prepared meals. Shopping at Publix is a truly enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch customer service and quality!

Clean store, convenient location. Miss. Marsha is by far my FAVORITE employee at this Publix. She is always so friendly and i love talking to her when I’m checking out, she really makes me feel so comfortable and like I’m a close friend of hers. she really deserves recognition for her amazing attitude at work. Inaccurate order. Lack of desire from Management to reasonably resolve issues. Make sure you open up and inspect all your subs before leaving the store.

I ordered a sub for pick up. I selected pay in store. Upon getting all the way home, I opened the sandwich, and it is not what I ordered to include having toppings which I can't eat. All this was done on a lunch break. I can't go back to the store.

Deli Manager was not available to speak so I had to speak with the Store Manager. The Store Manager offered to make a new sub next time I am in. I asked for a refund. Store Manager transferred me to the customer service manager.

Customer Service Manager said "how can I help you?" when I was transferred to her. I then repeated the history. Customer Service Manager said they can't issue a refund to my card because I paid for the item in store. I reiterated that the customer should not have to go back to the store and be inconvenienced again because of an error by Publix.

Here is an option that the Publix Management Team could have considered but instead claimed "there is nothing we can do".

"We really apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you during your lunch hour. We also recognize that customers select the pick up option to save time, and this experience has not saved you any time. If you would like, we can mail you a Publix Gift card so that you are not inconvenienced again."

The idea that a large corporation such as Publix can't issue refunds in this manner is troubling. But what is most troubling is the "it is what it is" attitude maintained by the Customer Service Manager.

This location was clean and well maintained shortly after Milton. It was almost as though nothing happened. There was a shortage of produce/vegetables and frozen foods, but that was to be expected. Great business.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order for pickup once we finally got our power back after hurricane Milton and when I went to pick up my order a store rep tried to give me someone else’s order. After explaining to her about 3 times that the order she kept trying to hand me was not my order she finally took it back in only to tell me that my order was delivered to someone else. After speaking with a manager who was very nonchalant I had to call Instacart to reorder or wait 3-5 days for a refund. I opted to reorder as I desperately needed groceries at the moment. 4 hours later and I still never got my groceries and Instacart insists that the order was handed to them by a store representative and because the mix up was never cleared with Publix my order was never reprocessed. This store doesn’t care about the customers especially in a time of desperation.

This Publix is convenient for residents in Channelside. I wish they had some inside seating because it is very hot outside and I like to enjoy my Pub Subs while they are fresh. Otherwise - solid selection of food and glad they are in the area.

Very clean, nice polite cashier, pharmacy was well staffed and with 4 people ahead of me, I was taken care of within 5-7 minutes, my only complaint with this store is that it says it carries the A&w zero sugar and also the A&w 0 sugar cream soda, they do stock the A&w zero sugar root beer, but apparently do not stop the zero sugar A&w Root beer which is listed through the Keurig/ Dr pepper website as one of the locations that carry that particular brand and a zero sugar, no I was in a hurry that day so I was not able to speak with store manager to see if they could actually order to zero sugar cream soda in the A&w brand which I'm sure they would have been very much obliging if I would have had the time to stop and speak with the manager that particular day, but the store is very well stocked, very clean, in every single employee that I encountered was so courteous and nice, I will shop there in the future as it is one of the closer locations for me. They are also very well stocked with a variety of zero sugar items. Other name brands as well, not just the A&w brand. I normally don't shop at Publix, but I have decided with the variety of zero sugar brand name items, this will be my main place to shop, I would rather pay a little more in price and have a clean and choice of variety with the pleasantness of employees as well, as to some of the other brick-and-mortar stores.
