I really like how the deli section is set up at this Publix. Rather than be aligned with wall, it juts out toward the center of the shopping area, giving you more of a 180-walk-around of all the food items.

The store's layout provides plenty of room to navigate. The bathrooms are clean and conveniently located right near the entryway. The staff are friendly and the various displays attractive (I thought the fall-themed displays and florals were very cute).

My review is for Mariel and the bakery team. I needed a last minute cake made for a little girl’s birthday party and ran to Publix. Mariel at the bakery counter was super helpful and kind, she had excellent customer service and asked if I wanted a special funfetti cake with strawberry filling - the perfect suggestion for a little girl’s cake! She told me they’d have the cake ready to go the next morning; I was so nervous that it’d be a tight turnaround! I collected the cake today and EVERYONE LOVED IT, especially the birthday girl! Huge thanks to Mariel and the bakery team - you helped me save the day!

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Gricel and Tristan at the Publix deli! We had a big order of 9 subs, and they handled it with kindness and efficiency. Not only were they incredibly fast, but they were also super friendly throughout the whole process. We really appreciate the excellent service.

You just have to realize they're going to pay double if you go to Publix I tried to buy some soda there it was $4 for a 2 L so I went to Walmart and it was $1.89 Publix brand white bread was $3 I went to Walmart It was 95 cents a frozen pizza brand that I enjoy was 1099 at Publix and 585 at Walmart I love Publix it's beautiful it's nice but it's the most expensive grocery store in the country

Bought a rotisserie chicken from here and it was raw! When I came back, the customer service manager just rolled her eyes and did not even apologize. The publix on 27 has a much more consistent deli and better service!!

Customer Service Manager McKenna working lottery needs to go back and bag some groceries and learn real customer service. I asked for a lotto ticket and forgot to add a multiplier granted I’m 19 and don’t really know lotto. She is super unfriendly and I’ve worked at Publix for two years and every single employee I’ve worked with gives off friendlier and better customer service then her. Hopefully there is a CBT about not being a prick because she needs it.

Absolutely love it here. They have everything I need. Pub subs are perfect and as someone who lived in Charlotte for 7 years, them carrying 12 packs of Cheerwine is a big win. I also love to frequent the bar, that's managed by Tito, who is super knowledgeable about beers and breweries, making it not just a job for him, but a passion that shows. Very happy to have them so close to home.

I don't shop there on a regular basis. I'm in love with there olives all variety, delicious, chicken wings are giant and very delicious can't go wrong with any sweet dessert yum
