Love this Publix! Super clean and everything is easy to find. Aisles are labeled nicely. The staff is excellent! Cashiers are all friendly and really helpful. Management goes out of their way to make the customers happy. Love this store!

The public in cocoa on 524 is a nice and frendly store. They have a comfortable open eating area where you can charge your phones, or just sit and have a quiet bite to eat, or a good lunch. They have nice friendly employees. The store is clean an employees are always eager to help.

I love my local Publix. The ladies in the deli are always so friendly and helpful they make me feel like I am a celebrity. They always have a sample of the day boars head yummy. Always clean. Thanks crew for staying on top of things.

The online order for sub sandwiches for pick up has got to be worst ever.

4 orders to date and they have messed up so bad that after this, I'll never order again.

1st order waited 30 minutes after confirmed pick up time.

2nd order they ran out of meatballs for sub. We had to change order after getting to the store for pick up and waiting 20 minutes to make a different sub.

3rd order. Again, ran out of main ingredient. Had to wait 30 minutes for new sub to be made. 40 minutes waiting in store.

4th and last order I will ever make. A Philly cheesesteak and a meatball sub. Pick up time 6:45. I'm in the store and still nothing at 7:05. Line is 15 deep at the sub counter. Absolutely no one around that can help. Subs come rolling out but not mine.

15 minutes later, still waiting. Employee at service desk says hey, did you have a meatball sub in your order? Yes I did. Oh they ran out and tried to call you.......No. No they did not. No missed calls, no text.

At this point I don't even care if I'm a Karen when I tell her that didn't happen and it would have been nice to be informed instead of waiting all this time for nothing and their store sucks ass.

Honestly I hate shopping there as their prices are inflated, it's hard to find anything and asking for help finding something becomes a quest for both shopper and employee.

First time visiting this Publix location, but it was a solid experience. The store is well laid out like most of their locations, and was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out of the store quickly. To be fair, I was visiting earlier in the morning but still, a great location.
