Just a really cool design to the store. I remember spending summers at my parents house as a child and coming to the store. it was pretty cool as I grew up in the country in the store was definitely in the city. It was the best part of visiting my father during the summers was being in what I considered the big city. Great store, great people that work there.

I shop here at least once a week. Never really had a bad experience. Today I had a negative experience with what turned out to be a manager who was working in the deli at that time. I say this with all sincerity. If he chooses to continue in his present position then he will need to carry himself according to the position he presently holds. In the presence of those working under you no less? His buddy was working the deli where you slice the meats instead of their focus being on delivering good customer service they were openly telling one another jokes more interested in entertaining one another than focusing on their jobs. Shenanigans should be saved for employee breaks. Sir you need to reflect on what occurred considering how you will do better in the future. That or move on to something else. Bless up!

Ordering sliced deli meat and cheese online? You can 1. Have it sliced to the thickness you desire. 2. Be given fresh meat and cheese. 3. Have the order ready on time. Choose any 2 of the above 3 options.

This Publix’s employees look like they want to be anywhere but at their job. One word mumble replies, no eye contact, I feel like if I look at them too long they’ll off themselves… I thought Publix had a higher standard? Everyone has a bad day, but is everyone here having a bad day at once? The deli was good, but are the cashiers okay I work in customer service too so I know it gets rough sometimes but wow guys, you’re missing the mark here.

I do have a question, what's the point of a scheduling a pub sub order of the last two times they're not ready and I have to wait at the counter anyways? I'm so confused as to why my sandwiches were supposed to be done at 1:55 and I am standing here at the counter to remind them to make them

Store is super cramped. Too many displays between rows and aisles. I have a broken foot and had to use an electric scooter, constantly had to back up because could not make turns due to displays blocking aisles
