Went in to get some Publix subs as a group. The employee named Mary was fantastic and lovely to work with. However, Cheryl had a mean attitude and nothing but negativity for our party. She acted like we were crazy for wanting to order subs. Without question the rudest employee I've met at a Publix, she acted so stubborn that she messed up two subs. Whatever her personal problems are, she shouldn't be taking them out on customers.

Impressive Publix! Extra friendly staff, Nice large open feeing. Super clean and easy to navigate. Plenty of bright lighting makes you feel like your still outside! There is even a Starbucks in the front of the store so you can get motivated to cross everything off your shopping list

Not reliable service! We went in person to place an order for a birthday cake selected from Publix catalog. Publix bakery called 2 hours before we were supposed to pickup the birthday cake for our theme party saying they could not make that cake due to special ornaments that need to be ordered 2 weeks in advance. Totally understand you cannot have everything available in stock, but don't call THE DAY OF picking up to say you have a problem that could have been noticed days in advance.

This Publix location, in Heathrow, FL offers an extraordinary shopping experience. The store's layout is so inviting from the start with 3 entry/exit doors for the customer's convenience. The food is always fresh in every department, and the weekly sales items are clearly marked and displayed for easy access. This experience is enhanced by the courteousengagementof Tina in the Deli Department, who will make sure that your order is prepared perfectly. This extra made my experience exceptional. 10/10. This is my Publix 👌🏾✌🏾

First time visiting a Publix as someone who's visiting from the UK. I'm so glad I discovered this supermarket because it is so much better than what I visited before in Florida. It is a very similar supermarket as what we can also find in Europe. This store is very large and well organised. It is also clean and the staff is kind and helpful. I find it very pleasant to do your shopping here. Also I was impressed by the variety of food you can find. As I was staying in a hotel, it was handy to be able to buy things like fresh sushis, salad from the salad bar and fried shrimp from the counter. Also it is the best place to buy some food souvenir to bring home as they have many things for a reasonable price. I already can't wait to come back the next time I visit Florida.
