Very clean environment. From the floral department to the pharmacy. The employees are so very gracious to help you find an item, they will stop what they are doing and go get your wanted item (won't get that service at a Walmart superstore). Everything is located at the customer's convenience. I recommended shopping the Colony Plaza Publix on any given day. Thank you Publix for all the great shopping experience you've given my mother and me since I was a little girl.❤

Catered a large party last evening and decided to include some sub sandwiches as part of our bill of fair. Publix made a total of 14 sandwiches for us in total. We had six Italian subs, four roast beef subs and four ham and cheese subs. We placed a mobile order for pick up at 3 PM and upon arriving at the store we found our order waiting for us, and we were able to put it in our cart and head back to the house. I am a frequent shopper at the publix in colony plaza. It's a nice store but have you ever been in there when the assistant deli manager is on a rampage? Luckily they hang photos of the managers up so you can find them if you need them but I'm not sure why you would ever want to deal with this one. I feel like every time I'm in there getting my deli meat, or my rotisserie chicken I hear her screaming at someone. How do those employees stand working back there let alone keep smiles on their face when they work for a tyrant back there? I've never seen her smile and she isn't even nice to those of us shopping or who have questions. She always has an attitude it seems. Why is she even there? It's people like that who can ruin your whole shopping experience. Also why do all of the people who work by the cash registers always seem to be in a panic?

Publix had everything I needed to throw an amazing retirement party for my Dad. The cake they made for me was beautifully decorated and very delicious! The fruit, cheese, meat and vegetable trays were exactly what I needed. They carried all of the drinks I needed, along with the paper goods I required. It was a great pleasure doing business with them.

Don’t ever give public’s your phone number. Five days ago made that mistake. I had almost stopped receiving spam calls until that day. After giving Pubic my number now receiving between 5 and 10 spam calls each day- so annoying!
