I love going to Publix for their deli banana pudding, but unfortunately they been lacking! I usually check my banana pudding to make sure everything checks out, and as of lately, they have been slacking a lot with their banana pudding. It used to be great but now it’s all droopy and sloppy. The problem is that it was the same for all of the ones available. They used to take their time crafting the banana pudding but now it seems like they don’t care. I will attach 2 images on how it used to look, and now. It used to taste way better too, what a shame, hope this review will help tighten up the deli workers into going back into making quality banana pudding. NOTE: the banana pudding was such of bad quality that the scanner lady noticed and didn’t even want to charge me for it! I would’ve put 1 star if this wasn’t the case.

Big. Fat. Pub. Subs. Yes! They keep the sushi week stocked, even on Wednesday. I love the little recipe cards. It never really feels to cramped in there. It is very easy to find someone to help locate items in the store.

Dear Publix Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store on October 17th. I visited the deli department with my family to purchase a Publix Italian sub, which is a favorite of my late father. Unfortunately, after waiting in line for 40 minutes, I was informed that the store was out of bread and could not fulfill our order.

I understand that these situations can occur, but I was disappointed by the lack of alternative solutions offered by the staff. Despite our request to use bread from the bakery, we were told that this was not possible. Additionally, I observed that the deli area was not well-maintained, with the sink overflowing and staff members appearing to be more focused on socializing than on serving customers.

I escalated the issue to customer service, but unfortunately, we were unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution. As a loyal Publix customer, I am concerned about the decline in service standards and the lack of attention to customer needs. I hope that you will take appropriate measures to address these issues and ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

This is my Publix I come to I come here all the time. I never usually have an issue whatsoever. The sales are good especially the buy one get ones. The associates are nice and friendly.

Just now I purchased some chips that said they were buy one get one. The sign that indicated they were buy one get one just said wise it did not indicate that it was just chips. The sign was also right in front of the POPCORN. So I just purchased a bag of chips and a bag of popcorn from the WISE to get the promotion. I go to self checkout I scan them. They did not come up and I had to ask about it. The girl looked and said it was specifically for the chips. The sign did not say that it was specifically for the chips. (The one that was right in front of the popcorn) I was very frustrated she seemed to have no compassion whatsoever.

I'm leaving this review because this is a good Publix. However if your sale is on chips from a certain company your sign should reflect it. I never heard of a buy one get one on a specific part of a specific company. It's all or nothing. I'm not happy with my experience because the lady seem to have no compassion whatsoever in helping me out.

I wound up checking myself it was just on the chips. I'm leaving the review because I still cannot stand the lack of compassion from this associate.
