This Publix stands out as one of the best, consistently well-stocked and efficiently managed. The friendly and helpful staff create a welcoming, neighborhood-like atmosphere, making each visit a pleasant experience. The store maintains high standards for freshness, so you never have to worry about checking expiration dates. With excellent product availability and outstanding customer service, this location sets the bar for what a grocery store should be. I highly recommend it as your go-to Publix.

We spend hundreds in this store weekly. And i never return anything despite the quality.
This time we got flowers - roses for $22.95 that were dead in one day. Considering the holiday it’s safe to assume that all the flowers will be similar condition.
And i got frustrated, i called to manager and was promised the situation to be cleared.
When i got there after work i was greeted so disrespectful. I was told i was supposed to come in the morning and not now. In the end i left bunch of dry roses on their desk and left.
And honestly it’s easier for me just not to deal with this store and it’s stuff ever again.
I feel that stores like that don’t care about customer experience any longer

What an amazing job they did on my son’s birthday cake . Publix cake was always good but this was above and beyond my expectations. I picked the lion king 1/2 sheet which they designed perfectly from the picture that I saw online when placing the order . The best part is instead of traditional birthday inside . I did a carrot cake with an Italian cream filling . We can’t stop eating it. A huge thanks to the baker

I guess my experience was my own fault since it was the last day of the sale. Employees were busy stocking items for the new sale and most couldn’t be bothered with being polite or helpful. Managers were nice and helpful but still couldn’t find the items I was looking for. This store has a ridiculously busy customer service desk so I didn’t want to bother any rain-checks.

Usually I am aware that prices here are normally consistent or a tad bit higher than there other competitors but I was unpleasantly surprised that a bouquet of flowers that not too long ago cost $14 was almost 100% doubled on the day flowers are a staple for most customers ... Valentine's Day. ( It cost me $26 at the register ) What was even more disheartening was the fact that the bouquet looked a little withered and that at the time of purchase at around 7pm in the evening, the condition plus time weren't a factor in reducing the price to customers . I had originally wanted to couple the bouquet of flowers with a package of chocolate covered strawberries that was priced around $5.50. With only $30 at my disposal ,I had to make an executive decision and left with only the flowers ( leaving the strawberries at the register ).

Publix - in my opinion , do get a lot of things right but this time , they dropped the ball . Profit line can't just be the ultimate end goal, customers' satisfaction and general consideration should factor in as well .

I visited this Publix last minute hoping to get a cookie cake, but unfortunately, it seemed they were all sold out. Thankfully, Roz, an employee at the Bakery, went above and beyond to ensure I got one. She was not only incredibly kind and professional but also truly saved the day. Her sweet demeanor and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you, Roz, for making my night so much better!

Incorrect labels on steaks. Inside skirt steak labeled as outside skirt. These two steaks are night and day difference. They are charging more for less quality cuts of meat. This happened multiple times as we only buy outside skirt because of the tenderness of it. We have been stuck with chewy tuff inside skirt the last couple of times. Overall Publix is completely overpriced, almost to the point of price gouging. Scam.

The worst bakery department. The employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all. I have been here on three separate occasions and the last two times were absolutely terrible. They have zero customer service and the biggest attitude when you try to order anything. They completely messed up my order as well and paid no attention to anything I had asked for. I will never go to this location again.
