This store used to be good and had excellent service, but over the last few years it has only gotten worse. The worst part is being served in the sandwich section. A very large lady treats people angrily, making ugly faces and talking to customers as if she is doing them a favor. Very rude and arrogant. It seems like she doesn't like working there and ends up treating customers badly because of it. She seems like a very unhappy person. Publix should hire people with more commitment and competence. I will always give this store a zero rating until someone makes some improvements. Procurem outro Publix porque no do Coral Ridge em algum momento você será mal tratado.

This store is perfect as is. I hate that they might be renovating it to a two story Publix. What I like most about this location is how easy I can get in and out. There is plenty of parking, and I almost always score one of the spaces nearest the door. The place is always clean. The employees are helpful. I've lived nearby for 10 years and have been shopping here just as long. It has not changed terribly at all. My products are always available. I love being able to get in and out in just a few minutes. I go many times a week.

My reason coming today was to get the Chicken Tender Whole Sub yummy! I saw 👀 other items that I wanted as well. I do have to say if you are a like 🍷this location is perfect as they have a large selection of wines which is great ! 😊 Most stores I have gone too don’t have a big selection,

Actually my favorite Publix of all. When I need a few things, I can literally get in and out within minutes. The staff seem happy and friendly. The store is always clean. Shelves are stocked. I've never had a bad experience here.

Just moved to coral Ridge and was picking up some groceries. I was looking forward to shop at the local Publix since I’ve heard good things about Publix. Unfortunately, I think the management needs some work. Only one line open plus self check out. Very sad that my time is not respected. Store was clean, but Lighting needs work. I really hope that Publix reads these postings and steps up. I hope to continue shopping at this one.

Today is 8/1/2024. I went to deli to order 5 breaded chicken wings meal. It comes with 2 sides. So I ordered carrots and macaroni and cheese. The price is posted on the glass cover for $7.49. The male employee behind the counter are overwhelmed serving the customers, he even put the wrong price on my order $8.49. I went back to talk to him but there was a line forming rapidly. So I decided to take a picture of the price and head to the register. I informed the elderly cashier about the price errors and she gave me a bad attitude by giving me dirty looks and by ignoring me. When she rang me up she didn't take the $1 off. I addressed to her is not $8.49 is $7.49 I even showed her picture of the price. She ignored it and pulled out some kind of a log pricing book and held up the line.. I asked her why you have to pull up your pricing log book and make a statement "why you don't believe me"? She gave me dirty looks and bad attitude again. "She reply, I have to check"? and helding up the line again. At that moment, I become agatated about her disrespect towards me. So I said," this! and walk away living the food I ordered. We all have bads days but still you have to maintain of respecting other people especially the customers. All I wanted is buy my meal. That's it!! I didn't expected to be disrespected and I'm a disabled person. I won't be going in this store for a while.

It's a very nice Publix, there is a good selection of bouquet flowers and they are very affordable. Bread is too expensive there, but they've got other groceries for good prices. A lot of parking, lines go quickly, the place is clean and spacious. I'd recommend!

Had a siituation for a purchase, but they straightened it out with good customer service and made me feel like I was important. Their employees ate great. The store is very clean and organized. I definitely will go back.
