I placed a mobile order for 3 subs, a bag of chips, & a fountain drink for 1:30. The person making the subs kept putting people in store first to avoid saying no to them instead of following the time with mobile orders. An older Hispanic guy took over to help us out since we were waiting there for so long. He kept asking what we wanted when our tickets were right in front of him. He kept calling my friends & I “mamacita” every time he was giving us an issue to just follow the ticket that we placed. When they didn’t have the bread my friend ordered, he put the wrong bread beforehand, but then we clarified it & he got visibly annoyed & snatched the bread from the counter. He was very lost & didn’t even give us our chips and drink, we just wanted out of there at that point after being there for 30 mins after our pick up time. Please be more organized & people friendly.

First time I get a straight No as an answer in a publix. If there is something that Publix is known about, is for their great customer service. It’s 8:20 pm as I write this review, in need of composition notebooks for my daughter and while the associates, including the Manager, talked about a game taking place tomorrow, he said I could not get it until the next day. One employee even playing, driving the car for customers with disabilities. Very disappointed since I just moved to the area and will have to visit this store.

I want to take a moment to recognize Maria del Carmen in the bakery department at Publix. I was in a bit of a rush, looking for a specific product for my child's school activity, and I was having trouble finding it last minute. Without hesitation, Maria stepped in to help. She didn't stop until she found exactly what I needed, going above and beyond to ensure I could get everything taken care of. Her dedication and helpful attitude made all the difference. We need more employees like Maria working at Publix—people who truly care about their customers and go the extra mile. Thank you, Maria, for your outstanding service!

It's a really good place to grocery shop but, the customers can be rude and stand in the way at times... You have to constantly remind them to move. Also, some items will go fast and, some items will not be available. Things to know when shopping at this location.
