The deli is awesome. I always pre-order my subs. By the time I get there it's on the online rack. I just gotta pick it up and walk out. And it's always delicious!!! You guys rock. Thank you

Over 25 minutes for a sub, one person ahead of me. Deli Manager Tanya was responsive and moved into action once it was brought to her attention, but this is not the first time. Otherwise, store is outstanding.

Ever since Art left its bad! I don't believe the Managers here have Good customer service or should I say paying attention to what the customer is saying. It's unfortunate because I love Publix but now I have to start going somewhere else!

Vanessa in customer service went above and beyond in helping me with a pharmacy call . I needed an important information, and she literally walked my name and number over to ask them to call me. This is a great Publix and wonderful team members. Thank you, Vanessa you rock!

This is the only store I've ever run across that has a customer service desk with actual people waiting to help you, All gluten free items were clearly marked, the store is very clean and has a lot of unique items.

The Deli is not prepared for the lunch hour rush. For example today I had ordered a salad online and was going to pick up some popcorn chicken. The staff was unbelievably slow, there was no popcorn chicken in the grab and go hot case or chicken tenders available. I waited patiently to get up to the counter to ask for my salad and when popcorn chicken would be coming out. When I noticed the line wasn't moving, 10 min later, I went over to the customer service to ask for the manager. Maybe he or she could grab my salad that was waiting behind the counter and give an eta about the popcorn chicken. The staff at customer service asked me if I had spoken to the manager at the deli. I told her I didn't see the manager but just wanted someone to get my salad I ordered online and let me know when the next batch of popcorn chicken was coming out. I explained that I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time remaining. She refused to contact anyone until I had spoken to the deli manager. My thoughts were, If the Deli manager was anywhere visible I would have spoken to them but since they were not at the Deli I had hoped Customer Service would be able to help. They did not. I know they have better Publix locations because I have been to them, where shopping is a pleasure. However at the Publix Supermarket at Eureka Promenade it is not a pleasure but a hassle.

This Publix has the worst produce. The mexican stand down the street puts it's produce to shame. Always out of everything. Never has any chicken at peak times of the day. Managers are grumpy. And they take forever at the deli with that one spanish lady screaming "we be right witchu" over and over. Rather drive down to quail roost and 117. That Publix has a better vibe.
