I love Publix its the best grocery store I've been to.

I live in Colorado we don't have Publix so this is my favorite grocery store. 🌴

The parking lot as well as the store was overcrowded,it was a bit hard to navigate entering/exiting both. The store offers a great selection of ready made meals, the main reason for our shopping trip. Sushi was delicious, however the fried chicken meal was overly dry, probably from staying under the warmer for a longer period of time. My fault, I should have checked the time stamped.
The place was clean with a pleasant and helpful staff.

We have been ordering birthday cakes from Publix for over 30 years. We just ordered a cake on March 4th, a custom cake 46.00. They printed my sons name Brett like they were in the first grade horrible. Next cake we will go to young circle Publix. Only complaint we ever made thanks Hallandale

As soon as I stepped out of my car and walked towards the entrance an aroma of urine and fried chicken hit me like a ton of bricks This was the foreshadow of how my experience was going to be at this Publix. The staff is unfriendly, no one says good morning, hello, or how can I help you, even the elderly man cleaning the floors had a snarl look on his face. Customer service has gone down the drain with this Publix. Even though I did self checkout, the small Hispanic women that was the overseer of all the self checkout just stared at me on my why out, I was expecting a “have a good day” or something, I even tried smiling and she just looked at me with a cold snarl face.

Vanessa, the pharmacist, refused to fill my prescription because I have a family medical doctor prescribing it after leaving my psychiatrist. I go to school in Florida but live outside of the state. I don’t understand the issue and she refused to really answer my questions about why she refused. I asked if this was her policy or Publix, which she made clear was not Publix policy. I’m not understanding any of this and don’t feel like I was helped in anyway. She didn’t fully answer any question I asked and hung up on me while I was speaking. I would love for a manager to reach out to amend or explain this as it seems she’s operating out of her own jurisdiction without taking into account what Oublix policy or Florida law is. Thanks.

Clean and mostly fresh, the pharmacy is excellent but the vegetables are way overpriced as well as most other grocery items. The supermarket across the street sells produce at much better prices. Publix should improve their prices in that department at the minimum.

Extremely rude employees working at customer service. I definitely don’t want to shop here again. Hopefully so many rude employees will keep customers out, and the business shuts down. They deserve to lose their jobs.
