Publix is a great place to shop. Yes the prices are a little high, but everything is of good quality and easy to find. I especially like the fact that I rarely have to wait in line very long to check out. They always ask if I need assistance with taking my groceries to the car. Congratulations to the supervisors for ensuring all workers are respectful and helpful.

Everyone always thinks their Publix is the best Publix... But whose to say mine isn't. The people who work there are incredible and I see the same faces all the time... Happy staff equals happy customers and that shows at heron creek.

This store is always clean, the isles are not cluttered with boxes etc. The veggie and fruit section always has fresh items. I also like that they have more human cashiers than machines when checking out.

Where's the smoked turkey legs at!? Lol. I got one about 3 weeks ago and haven't seen another since. If you order them regularly, will buy you out lol.

I’ve been shopping here for years, and it’s a great store. But on more than ten occasions now within a month, I’ve noticed several “scanner violations”, where the price on the shelf isn’t the same price when I scan it.

Home Depot got sued recently for this. It’s not just one item; it’s several from every time I go do groceries, and to ask for a price change every time I shop is getting out of hand. Needs to be looked into.

The pharmacy itself, pharmacists, pharmacy techs, everyone & everything else associated with this pharmacy are excellent. They have always been professional, courteous, respectful, patient, empathetic, understanding, sweet & fun. Always a pleasure to deal with even in the worst of times that you may be going through atm.
When my father passed, my mother received so much comfort from them through their sympathetic words & actions and still does to this day. They went above & beyond in showing that they sincerely cared about what she was going through at the time of his passing and what she had gone through since then. We cannot say enough kind things about them. If there was some type of special Publix departmental award or recognition that we could nominate them for, we would do it everytime & every year until they got it. Hopefully the award is more than just a piece of paper and a watch or pin or Publix gift card! They all really deserve an extra weeks paid vacation with the actual vacation included, some more company stocks, a watch, a pin, a gift card and a piece of paper with their names on it! Please lmk if there is such a prize of recognition so I can be ready to vote for them mercilessly! Thank you !
