I hate bad customer service Edie silly at a store like Publix.!! My second time visiting this location and the DELI (for subs/salads) always have a long line. Not sure if the workers are new or don’t move as fast but it’s terrible. The worse I’ve ever experienced. I took me 40 minutes to place an order for a salad. I started to place my order and noticed the condiment counter was messy and half empty but they continued to service customers. I place my order for the salad but there was NO more lettuce. She had to grab a bag from the produce along with a head of lettuce. She completed my order but they’re was NO deli dressing!! (After standing in line for 40 minutes) to tell me that.! She went on the aisle to get deli dressing to complete my salad.! Just awful….

I always get great service here. I had a last minute cupcake order and decided to call just to see if it was possible to add a specific color icing. It was literally 30 minutes before the party. The bakery said sure! Sure enough I got there and waited 2 minutes for custom colored cupcakes for a Stitch birthday dinner. I was very impressed and made sure to inform the manager on duty of the bakery staff as well as the help in self checkout. I appreciate them caring. Thanks again!

Just like every other Publix, great customer service. However, the deli has to do better or have more employees. In the mornings it can easily take 25 min to get a sandwich because there is only one person. I understand everyone is working on other task, but Publix has a very peculiar característica and its customer service. Someone should jump in to help the ONE person making sandwich at the deli to get the customers out of there faster. Really slow at the deli.

I don't know what it is about this location, but today, I went in for a sub and was extremely disappointed. I should’ve just gotten food elsewhere. The wait for a sub was upsetting, considering there was only one person in front of me. They were so slow and looked mad or upset with being there. She slapped so much mayo on my sub that I was eating globs of mayonnaise, and I was just disgusted. I tried wiping most of it off but ended up getting it all over myself and looked like a hot mess going into work. Never again.

Think twice before you come to this Publix. The management and the costumer service of this location y way below the Publix standard that loyal customers we are used to receive. I waited 30 min to order a sub. You have two team members working and other four talking and drinking soda, if you don’t believe see the cameras in the sub are on 12/30/24 around 6:35pm. Finally I got my sub and you go to the front of the store and see Tony the STORE MANAGER talking with other employees, at the same time the sub are in pieces also with a line. Where are the value of team work and lead by example. Horrible experience.

I placed an online order for 2 subs that was suppose to be ready at 5:05PM. I was already not feeling good and did not want to much human interaction that is the whole purpose of doing an online order. I arrived to the deli that was full at 5:08, so I understood if my subs where gonna be a little late coming out. Sure enough 20 minutes pass by and I'm getting frustrated and overstimulated by the crowd. I decided to go and talk to one of the deli workers just to be ignored for another 10 minutes. Finally someone came over and I went to explain that "I had an online order and-" only to be cut off with "Name!?" I then told her my name and she instantly walked away from me without another word. The worker came back and shoved 2 subs on the counter in front of me. I took them and left with out another word. I just don't understand why they didn't just put them in the pickup section where they where suppose to be so I didn't have to go through all of this. The workers looked like they absolutely hated their job and where miserable which in return turned my experience miserable. I'm not a Karen just a 22 year old girl with horrible social anxiety who just wanted an easy in and out experience. This was hell.

The staff is really nice and polite, and they have all the usual amenities you'd expect from a Publix. But I don't like the lighting...it's time for the upgrades.
Our stores in MetroWest Publix and Winn Dixie were recently closed because of the renovations and for other reasons. So, the entire community is forced to get their groceries somewhere else....
In the end, I'm thankful. At least we do have this option.
Just my feedback.
Best to All!
