Publix Super Market at Lake Juliana

This Publix is Wonderful! My review is specifically for the pharmacy staff this time who were working so hard to fill prescriptions in advance of Hurricane Milton and dealing with everyone in a heightened state of mood or emotion. The staff were fast, friendly and professional with an urgency to meet customer needs. The pharmacy tech, Miss Melodie who waited on me was exemplary and deserves special recognition for the care she extended to me. Thank you so much!

We had to go check out the new Publix store and look around. We decided to go ahead and have lunch there so we picked up some lobster bisque soup some fish, shrimp, corn fritters and cheese curds. They have a drink bar with Coca-Cola products and I really like the diet Coke so I got that. Marilyn wanted a sandwich so she got some cold cuts and cheese and a bun. We purchased everything and took the elevator upstairs to the mezzanine where they have seating for lunch. They also have a nice couch up there you can sit on too and look out over the store. After lunch we did a little more shopping picked up some things that we needed and then back home. We really enjoyed our outing today.

Compare to all the Publix’s I been to all my life, this location sucks. Their deli is horrible. Two times I’ve had chicken wings and they were not cooked all the way. Then one time I got gum and it was expired, same as pico de gallo. I just feel like something needs to change within store. I hate that it’s close to me so I have to go here but can’t get certain items because I have to worry it’s not good (mostly deli items) but having to check expiration dates is kinda sad when Publix is the best grocery store around. Just do better that’s all. The associates are always nice, it’s just an quality issue..

The deli at this store is atrocious. We've placed online orders for subs to pick up at least a half dozen times in the last year, and literally every single time they screw it up. Lost subs, late orders, orders never started, wrong or completely missing half the ingredients. Every time it's a different issue. And we only ever order 2 subs at a time.

Down in FL helping with FEMA after Milton. Publix comes through like always. Awesome experience. Deli was great, highly recommend.

I was told I could not take my emotional support animal a little tiny dog in the Publix but I see everybody else bringing their animals in there and they don't have no cars or vest on and I guess because they're all rich women that it's okay but that's not fair to all of us that need our animals with us when we go places that's why we have emotional support animals because we cannot be around a lot of people and it's hard for me as a single mother trying to go shopping for the kids and not letting me able to bring my service animal in

One of the newest stores in the Publix empire. Very spacious and well laid out. Crew was very friendly. Super deli area, and customer dining area on the second floor with elevator access.
