Publix Super Market at Lynn Haven Center

We thought they closed at 10p and realized they closed at 9. A female manager was so kind and gracious to let us in at 8:57. She even smiled and wished us a good night as we left. I just want to say that I have lived in Florida most of my life. I have also worked at Publix decades ago. It's so nice to have a lovely experience. Pu Thanks guys for making your store a classy step above the rest! Mr.Jenkins would be so proud!

During the storms due to Hurricane Helene, People were stocking up, a little busy for the store. I am getting soaked putting my groceries in my vehicle. A store attendant was taking a buggy back in. She stopped a just started helping me. I told her she was already getting wet enough and that it was okay. She said oh, it’s good, I’m easy, no problem. I asked her name and she told me Rachel. I always shop at Publix in Lynn Haven because I’m a florist and I think Juanita is great with the flowers there for those little extras I need. But Rachael stopped, helped me, smiled as she did it and it was much appreciated. A little human kindness, it’s what this world needs more of. Thank you Racheal, you are appreciated.

Publix is a nice clean store well stocked with a variety of products. When I can't find things in other stores I usually find it at Publix. They have a few specialty items as well. I happened to notice an endcap which said "Florida Local" one day. I'm hoping they stock more than an endcap of Florida products. I have always found the staff helpful even when my wife has sent me out on a wild goose chase. It is a little more pricey than a few other stores but I seem to find quality. The parking is adequate as long as you don't need handicapped parking, I find it full most of the time. An update... Today I went to Publix and while there I decided to look for two items I had purchased there previously in the past and both I was told are no longer available and would not be restocked. That's a big deal in my book

I have been here several times and they have been out of non breaded wings they give you a time they will be done then never cook them, I come back and am told 20 more minutes. The staff at the deli is pretty lazy and non concerned about the customers and seem annoyed if you want to order items.

I’ve always had great experiences at this Publix.. until today the manager named Alisha came up to the register when the cashier needed help and this led to a full blown petty argument between the both of them. When I first walked up to the register my cashier was in a good mood and after Alisha came up the cashier ended up tearing up. I find this very unprofessional and believe that this manager needs to be demoted for this type of action infront of customers.

I when to public’s thinking it was gonna be a regular day until I got to cashier and this nicer older lady was helping us and she took us there was a cheaper product with more stuff in it and then my friend went to get the product and the manager Alishay was called over to help remove the items off the register but when she came over she gave the employee such a attitude and started a argument in front of the customers when then went to go talk bad about the employee with another employee in front of more customers while the employe was crying and trying to finish helping me and my friend i find this behaviour unacceptable and should not be tolerated I hope something is done

I love Publix! Always clean, always stocked well, courteous helpful staff! You just can't go wrong! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

Not only was the pharmacy incredibly pleasant, but we witnessed a gentleman stocking the wine and his presentation was fantastic!! The bottles are perfectly aligned and the color palette is fantastic. What a great display! This Publix always has very nice displays
