Every time I come in the employees are all very welcoming and friendly. The ladies at the pharmacy patiently helped with explaining a medicine that I had a question regarding and made sure that I understood. While checking out, Linnette was one of the most friendly cashiers exemplifying kindness and patience as well. The store is one of the cleanest grocery stores in the area, which is another reason I will continue to shop here.

I just moved here from New York and this was my first shopping experience at your store. When I came into the store to ask if you had a store card that’s when I met Melissa. She was very friendly & helpful , showed me how to scan the card download the app and clip coupons. I’m looking forward to shopping in the store. I’m used to shopping at Lowe’s, but now Publix will be my store because of Melissa.

Was visiting family. This publix is much nicer than mine in Jacksonville. I like that you don't have to buy 2 for BOGOs. They just give it to you as a sale price. Wish mine would do that. We dont always need extra food! We do need to save money!

I really can't say enough good about this store. I will say that I've always gotten good treatment at most of the public's I've ever been into , even in different states. I think that is contributed to having a great management system that works well with their employees so everyone's happy which makes the customers experience a lot more enjoyable. This Publix however though is just beyond great people. From the GM to the Store Mngt to every single employee, you just get smiling faces and respectful treatment and always more than willing to help and I like that they keep it pretty well staffed and if you want to go through the checkout you can or you can go through with an actual cashier. You'll always find usually the management out on the floor somewhere stocking something I'm more than willing to say hello or to answer any question that you might have about anything. It's just an all over friendly atmosphere , energy and well stocked with a large variety of items from well-known names to some more elite and higher profiles items...they honestly carry a little bit of everything and I honestly can't think of anything that you would ever get from a grocery store that they do not carry. It is a little higher priced on some items but when they have sales , they have great sales.. and honestly because of the professionalism of the employees and the kindness that is given to the shopper from the top all the way down , its worth it for me sometimes to pay that few extra dollars if I can afford it because you are just going to be hard-pressed to leave the store without a smile on your face. I've been there in the middle of the day and I've been there at closing at night even a couple times when I was new not knowing that they were closed they finally come down the aisle looking for me and I felt ridiculous but they made me feel like I had never done anything wrong and they were just as patient as could be and I felt ridiculous but they didn't have a problem and they understood. You won't be disappointed by coming here

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were assisted from choosing the local producers products to the great assistance by the cashier with splitting the receipt with my friend using 2 credit cards. I highly recommend this location: clean, plenty of organic products, local South Caroline products and among it all- nice, friendly, knowledgeable people are working here.

Adding 2 stars for cleanliness and friendly customer service and cashiers. Went for the famed Publix subs, left disappointed. I thought it odd no one was on line for subs. Looking at the selection and lack of service, I thought maybe they had closed. They had only 3 wheat bread sticks, yes sticks, they were the size of bread sticks, like it was Olive Garden. When we were finally acknowledged, thats all they had. So we got our own bread, cold cuts and cheese. Do better Publix!

7 people behind the deli counter. Two people in front of me had waited nearly 40 minutes for their online orders. Walked in for a simple sub, took nearly 45 minutes for them to make 3 people their subs. 7 people in the deli department and no one cared there was a long line of people. Horrible.

clean store and everyone is friendly but prices are higher than any other store around here and they are ALWAYS out of stock on multiple things I need, with the clerk saying they just can’t keep up with demand in this growing area. check your expirations too because I consistently have accidentally purchased expired things, sometimes MONTHS expired! Both pantry and fridge items. The shelves look great / facing, and assuming they tell them to put in first in first out order- they should be removing exp products not trying to sell them to us $$.
Always double check!!
