I would like to publicly thank Marla in Customer Service at the North Courtenay store in Merritt Island who goes above & beyond in her position for Publix customers! Last night I left my purse in a shopping cart by accident & didn't realize it until I got home. My husband called the store while I was driving back to look for it, and Marla was already in the parking lot searching for my bag. When I arrived she must have known it was me missing the purse by the look on my face & she went out of her way to help, all the while keeping me calm & helping with advice on what to do next. In the meantime a wonderful , very honest human had brought the purse into customer service. Once Marla checked again inside & found it had been returned she came back outside to find me and let me know all was good. I can't say enough good things about the customer service I receive every time I shop here, but last night Marla went above & beyond to help a panicked customer & I'm hoping this review will get her recognized for all she does. She deserves it! Publix....you are lucky to have her!

Everyone there is so accommodating to the older generation, others that may have disabilities or just older wanting to still keep some symbolism of keeping what little independence they do have. They make the older but goodies down to future personal shoppers feel important when you walk in their doors

Sure did fine the woman in the pharmacy with name starting with M was not very pleasant or helpful. Not so sure I’m going to be staying with this pharmacy if I’m met with the same attitude next visit.

(BE WARNED) I traveled to this specific Publix in Merrit island as I do few times a week to go shopping and when I came outside my car was covered in beer and alcohol. I contacted the store manager which took an entire day to hear back from him. I asked to check the Cameras. They confirmed that they have video of someone pouring alcohol all over my car but could not disclose anything. I asked what they will do for this.... They said they will do nothing; they did not offer me any apology or any gift cards or anything just that's it's up to me to handle it. This resolve from management at Publix was categorically unprofessional, i am at a loss for words as this demonstrates that anyone can commit crimes to your vehicle at Publix and management will do nothing to prevent it or cure the issue. Be warned that this may happen to you too and Publix will do nothing to help you, be careful I'm going to new store now.

They never have food ready in the deli when it's peak hours. They also lie left and right about when they are gonna have food ready. I've been there several times at 6pm, waited so they say 20mins for chicken and 20 meat and later I'm still standing there and they tell me oh we just dropped it.

This store is one of the best in the area. Their selection and quality seems to surpass all others in the industry. Their employees are always happy and ready to help you find whatever you're looking for. The stoor is always emacuate and clean. They also always serve some of the best sandwiches in the area. And whenever they're making food in the open, the samples are yo die for.

This location is great for me basically because the Western Union is really fast and professional. Making my money transactions easy and super fast one you established a profile with the company. Then this location is so clean. The shelves are well organized and filled with food items and other shopping supplies. The staff's are the people that make shopping a pleasure. They are willing to assist customers and give directions to make sure you can find what's needed. The freshness of the deli and fresh cooked food dept. I love the 3 finger pork ribs with two sides and a choice of corn muffin or hawaii roll. It's my favorite. I love their Mac and cheese. Fried shrimps are good and crispy quick sellers. The chicken sandwich is so beautifully put together. Oh, so tender rotisserie chicken is a quick to go to for family meals. Did you know you could go to the seafood dept and ask for them to cook your desired amount pre pound 🍤 that is also a take home for family dinner. I will try to see if they cook any other sea food 😋. My favorite shopping is always the fruits and vegetables with the number 1 bakery. Please try something fresh. I promise you will be back for more. Now this shop has people from all walks of life and I ❤️ public the police is mostly on Duty at this location to deal with trouble if it shows up. Keeping shoppers safe.

Expensive high end store comparing to Aldi but selection is massive, produce is always good, and employees are VERY nice and helpful. Nothing to complain about but expect to drop nearly double what you normally would at a realistically priced store.
