Usually I have no issue with the sushi from Publix but today was just a different story for one there was no carrots in the sushi which usually there are and two they gave such a small amount of Ginger that it wasn't even enough for the whole sushi. I mean like I said I usually have no issue with the sushi from Publix but this definitely was not a good experience and the avocado was not very good looking either

Always such a pleasant experience everyone is so kind and willing to help you locate items. This is not my home Publix but I love going here even if something is out of stock they go out of their way to check in in the back that’s wonderful customer service

A nice sized store with great selection. I like the fact that there are two bathrooms. Good deli. Didn't notice a bank machine which I needed. Good sized parking lot. Lots of other convenient businesses in the plaza. I would have no issues going back.

Rating the bakery section. All the donuts seemed to be fried or sat in oil for a long time. I bought some and could not eat more than 2 bites. All the desserts looked to have been fried too much. First time at any Publix I have been disappointed.

hello corporate publix staff-
my name is lori, i had difficulty finding Rachael Ray cat food crunchies for my seven cats, and I happen to be passing by midway plaza publix today ( which isn’t my normal publix because I shop at Wellaby publix) …and I approached Lisa at the customer service counter who kindly went out of her way to ask Megan Del Rey approval for Bogo with my certificate that I had from December 9 2024.
I’m really thrilled every time I come into your location at midway plaza how the customer service people go above and beyond.
I think that customer service is top-notch.
youre staff is Awesome at being helpful and just plain kind!!
I wanted to reach out and let corporate know what a great job that the entire staff does there and I also spoke to Eric on the telephone who was in addition helpful to find out Megan’s last name.

It's one of the better Publix in the area. It caters for all my grocery shopping and beyond. Produce section always carry fresh fruits and vegetables. Meat and sea food section always has abundant variety. The pharmacy is good too. Staff is super polite and helpful. Customer service centre is also very cooperative.

Publix supermarkets have deservedly achieved preferred status in my area but this one in particular has customer service problems. A significant number of moody employees at the customer service desk display an odd mixture of arrogance and laziness. And paradoxically they're mostly foreign so they're not easy to understand either. Any other Publix a few miles east of this is a much better experience.
