I am visiting from Ohio and every encounter I had in the store was amazing. When we arrived there were not any carts available. An employee found a cart and gave it to my Mom, then all employees were helpful with locating items. Very pleasant experience! Keep up the good work. Great customer service!!!

Well if you want fast service at the deli, this isn’t the place to go.
I placed an online order for just one single sub with about 5 ingredients. It made me choose a pickup time - no earlier than 30 minutes, which happened to be 6:25pm.
I arrived at the deli at exactly 6:25pm to be met with nothing. There was maybe 4 people in line at the time we arrived, so we figured we would wait a few minutes and they may be busy.
Well, 20 minutes go by and about another 5-6 customers are served BEFORE we are even noticed and acknowledged.
They called over asking if we were picking up a mobile order for a different person and we said no, and our name. They struggled to find our ticket and then said “oh, sorry we’re making it now”
It then takes them an extra 5-7 minutes to make the sandwich, seeing as they were helping ANOTHER person that came in after us.
We finally make it out of the store by 7pm sharp.
To top it all off, the rotisserie chicken I also got is now cold.
So if you order online, just remember you are not a priority and they will treat you that way.

I would give MINUS 5 if allowed to this Publix location 👎👎👎👎👎

We went here by chance but had a worst experience with quality and service.

First, I ordered a Falafel Sandwich Half. It was really nasty and yucky. The girl who made this probably Not at all trained in the Bakery. We wasted the Money. Anyway, everything went as a Charity in the name of Publix.

Secondly, the Cashier at the Counter was the most irresponsible lady. I don't remember her name but she was an Old Lady who probably had a special privilege there. She didn't even greet any of the Customers. Leave alone greeting, She was not at all paying attention to what the Customers are saying or in need. She was engrossed in her own thoughts and chatting with someone else while I stood in the line.

Finally, the Cashier did not give me the Receipt and I have been overcharged. My total in the Credit Card charged showed as $24.27. The Phone at any Store is a typical waste of time asking us to dial 1, 2, or 3 so on.

I have never seen such a worst Publix anywhere. I believe the Management here is lacklustre and don't bother about the Customer Service and quality of the Food served here. Pityful situation.

This is a nice Publix store with a nice selection. It's not an enormous store, but certainly has a large selection.

The deli service is quick, as is the bakery. It was well stocked and darn near everything seemed to be a BOGO item. I saved a ton of money.

It was nice seeing that they support a local winery by carrying Island Grove wines.

It is a clean store with enough folks working there to get you in and out quickly.

Employees are wonderful. This is not a modern grocery store. It is outdated and there are no liquor sales. Limited hot food and deli items. This store needs a serious upgrade and needs a serious refurbishment. Also, it's location is not the nicest in Leesburg.

Was my favorite place 🙂 but unfortunately the bakery changed that. I spent $100+ on my child’s cake and it was beautiful unfortunately it was not edible! It was very dry and tasteless I lost my card and was not able to get a refund because they needed the original payment method. This made me very upset because there was no other options, it was a waste of a beautiful cake! Very disappointed ☹️

The store is always clean orderly and well run. I appreciate there being staff available to answer questions on where and item may be located. I especially enjoyed one of the front area customer service personnel named Nash. He was very friendly and very nice to speak with. What a nice young man.

The deli is not able to keep up with the demand of service. Much more Sandwich preparation training is in order. Publix has the income to provide this if they have decided to provide custom sandwiches per order at lunch time. I am sure that this has not been taken into account as of yet. Perhaps in the soon future someone in the "Publix" higher up's take a look. This from a lifetime Floridian (when Publix closed on Sunday)...do better folks, Mr. Jenkins would not be happy 😑 with his store today.
