I tried to call in a sandwich order that I knew was rather large 40 minutes before arriving beings that We were getting four full-size subs and it was going to be around noon when we needed them. The first call was picked up and hung up after that. They left the phone ringing for 40+ minutes on my way to the store and in the store my phone was still ringing as I approached the store supervisor. He apologized and took me to one of his other managers and had him make the sandwiches personally it all seemed good until the other supervisor told me that he was supposed to be going on break right then and they were three people understaffed I felt very bad for them.BUT,, then when I got the sandwiches to the job site, we realize that we had been sabotaged!! All of our sandwiches were over sauced and poorly made!! I called back up there and they informed me that that’s how he likes them very saucy!! 🤣 get it together Publix!! Just because you’re mad at somebody doesn’t mean you treat them like crap!! Turned to $56 order into a bad day!!

I shop here all the time and never had an issue. Today I experienced inappropriate and unacceptable behavior from Jen at customer service. She was rude and making unprofessional remarks on a return we had. Ultimately she got all nice when the manager was on his way. We spoke with the assistant manager(guy with glasses). He was nice and apologetic about the situation.

Not really sure why there’s an option to order a sandwich or wrap for pick up when they either are never made or never made on time. People work very long hours and are tired and hungry, and are hoping to have their deli order ready when the app says it will be. Won’t be placing any more deli orders here.

This place has the slowest and worst Publix sub counter in all of Sarasota and Manatee counties. I can't count how many times my sandwich has been messed up when I order ahead. How many times my order wasn't received even though I got email confirmation. How many times I've complained to management. Today I got in line and there were two people in the line in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get out the door. They of course didn't have what I wanted (spicy falafel, which is on the menu) even though every other thing they don't have is noted on the glass case. Worst ever! Half a dozen people walking around not doing anything one lady at the sub counter who is slow slow slow. Super disappointed in Publix.

Publix is the goods. They just get it. You’ll pay a little bit of a premium, but it’s worth it. Store is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, always seems to be an associate to lend a hand when Beep; Boop Beep! can’t locate that last item on the list for the olds. It’s all the little things, starting with the multi-direction parking lot. No matter which aisle I go down, I’m going the right way and can park.

Today I had the most polite and patient experience with Alejandra at 12:30. She’s so patient, y’all were out of my favorite sub the (Havana bold )and she helped me guide me something else I would like even offered me to sample a different kind ham. She offered me other subs that I might like and went to depth every that was on it and I can said before today I’ve never better experience than today. Normally y’all are busy and rushing but Alejandra was on point and so so kind and sweet! Not mentioned my sub taste GREAT!!
