This review is specifically regarding the deli. It is extremely poorly ran. Even if you order online, orders are generally 20 minutes late. This review was prompted because my order was again extremely late and then when I asked the status of my order the staff stated they were waiting on chicken tenders. There needs to be policy change. Example, call customer if order is delayed due yo something like this. Example, rewarding staff for getting orders out on time. I’m never ordering subs here again unless there is a clear process change

I'm so disappointed in my Publix now that they have taken out the express lanes so that you have to ring up your own food. And if I choose to use a check out with a cashier most of the time I do not have someone there to bag the groceries. So now I have to bag my own groceries or ring up my own food which cost so much. I get this from Walmart but I'm really disappointed in the quality from Publix. And their bakery is amazing which is why I give three stars. But their deli is awful especially where they make the subs so I go to the Publix on Griffin road in order to get any subs that I need even though I live 3 minutes away.

I find this publix to be nice from the inside, to the way the aisles are set up, as well as how the staff interacts with the customers. The managers and employees will stop what they are doing to help you and is well stocked and clean.

Seemingly always out of at least one thing on your shopping list. Personnel in charge of stocking need to be fired here. Automation should tell you how often things need to be ordered. There's never a day that I come by the store and I can't find something of that I'm looking for.

Deli staff refused to toss the chicken tenders in buffalo sauce for my sub. always had this done each time I get this sandwich. Not getting pub subs from here again. Go to Peter’s road and university!!

Eric is an excellent customer service representative, he's friendly and incredibly patient throughout the years of shopping at this location - personally, I thought he was the manager! The store itself is very clean, but I don't feel that enough employees are scheduled throughout the busy workweek and the building simply isn't large enough to accommodate the number of customers. Otherwise, it's a great location to shop!

We wanted Publix subs for dinner tonight and when we went to the Deli this delightful woman named G made my hubby and my sub. Oh my goodness when she was making my hubby’s chicken sub sandwich he and I both said “Wow” at the same time. She literally took her time making his sandwich like she was putting together a work of art. Next it was my turn for my corned beef sub.. once again I was truly impressed by the way she was creating (not making) my sandwich I was extremely impressed. I was like wow! We had Publix subs yesterday and they didn’t look anything like this!! Well here’s a picture of G making my corned beef sub. If you go to the Publix deli I suggest G make your sandwich. She is AMAZING!!
