This is a very great solid marketing store. In addition I would highly recommend it for shopping to any individual. Furthermore the food taste very great and delicious. There a lot of Fresh vegetables and fruit. Along with delicious fresh meat produce. As to say the customer service is terrific and exceptional.

So I’m here @ this store to return some fruits that were not sweet and 3 cartons of coconut water that the taste was awful so this cashier ask me did I have a receipt? I told her I did not, but she never asked for my phone number because had she did. She would’ve probably found that I did purchase it probably a few days ago from the Publix in River Run however she started scanning those items that I brought in with the handle from the register took out a scanner from her pocket. I’m assuming to see if the items were on sale so I then state it to her. What was the purpose of you scanning the items with the scanner from the register and then take out your phone to scan items to see if they were on sale She say that’s protocol. I then ask for manager which is Jennifer she comes up I explained to her why did she just do what she did looking stupid she said I don’t knw ask her .. so I said and your the manager still looking stupid I said well I’ll just called corporate on Monday and find out why maybe they could have an answer for me snapped her picture. She said don’t do that the cashier I said this my phone you don’t tell me what to do now what manager told her to hush, looked at her and the manager, with the most mad look I can give and I then walked away

Pretty location but the management ruins it here. Publix food quality has been going down lately and I've had A LOT of issues with the food I've bought (shorter than reasonable expiration dates, weird tastes, and bad quality frozen items). I tried making a return to this location, emphasis on TRIED! The manager was extremely rude to me, and without even asking me WHY I had a problem, she kept trying to come up with reasons not to give a refund. Even though I brought the packaging and receipt. I ended up leaving without my refund or shopping I planned to do. Publix guarantee who? You'd be better off going to the Aldi or target down the street, they don't interrogate you when they mess up.

“I had an amazing experience tonight thanks to Oscar in the produce section. I was picking out balloons to bring to a little girl in the hospital, and Oscar went above and beyond. He carefully made the balloons, helped me find the perfect colors, and even picked out the most beautiful ribbon with such care, as if he were doing it for his own daughter. His kindness and attention to detail really made my day. I also want to mention Nikki, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and sweet. The service I received was the best, and I am so grateful. I will definitely be returning!”

I am appalled at the poor customer service of this particular store, definitely not like other Publix stores. The store manager on duty on 12/24 is a sorry excuse for any kind of management position.
I wanted to claim my birthday “perk” and she made it impossible for me to do that, even though I was getting a “bar cake” like it was specified on the coupon and it was within the value of the coupon too. She kept saying that because the cake was “cold” it wasn’t included even though it was the same value and the same name. She refused to help me and told me straight up “you are not getting that cake”. I can’t believe that a “manager” would prefer to make a customer upset instead of parting ways with a $7.99 bar cake! Absolutely insane! Shame on you Publix. And on Christmas Eve! Wow!

The new bull crap order of operations where at the deli a sub is meated by one employee and then vegied by another is so slow. The guy before me had 7 subs i had to just skip veggies to get out of there.

Our initial visit was to Publix, as we are unfamiliar with the area. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the store offered a wide variety of products. The restrooms were also clean and well-maintained.
