Just had the best experience. I’ve been shopping at this Publix for decades! Today, Zach came to my rescue! He was in his break out in the parking lot when he saw my Detroit Lions balloon flying away. I was beyond disappointed when it happened. When I was on my way back inside to grab another one, someone flagged me down to tell me it was stuck in a tree at the other end of the parking lot. There was Zach, trying like heck to grab it out of the tree using a stick! Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you for this outstanding customer service! You are the best! This is why I love Publix! Thank you for always going above and beyond!

When I visited my elderly mother this is the Publix I use. The deli is terrible. I bought ready made turkey pinwheels with cranberries. One cranberry! The turkey was barely apparent. All the ready made salads/sandwiches looked terrible. Soggy bread with no lettuce or tomato on any. The women behind the counter were good though. The hot food area was very small with few selections for such a large busy store. The layout is poor as well. Why is the bread on the opposite side of the store from the deli? Why not improve the bread in your bakery so I’m not compelled to buy bagged bread?!

Publix is great! I really LOVE the deli, especially the full sub deal. It's truly amazing. It's like subway, which I like, but Publix makes such a sub SO MUCH tastier, and for ONLY 9.99! You really cannot beat that...

Jaxon is not at all a happy deli employee. Moody. Bit of a tone. When the requested Boars Head was not readily available he asked if Publix brand was ok or if he needed to take the time to go cut the good stuff. Sorry to put you out there, buddy. People generally wait in that typically slow and poorly managed deli line (this is all Publix delis) because of the Boars Head meat. I'm not a Karen, so I settled for the lesser brand. Was still charged for Boars Head.
