I am very torn about writing this review. On one hand this store is clean, well stocked, produce is fresh, and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. On the other hand they are pricey and they appear to be afraid to post their prices both in their phone app and in the store at times. For example I was recently unable to find the prices of some of their potato chips while in the store, and prices are almost never listed in their app. I don’t expect them to match the prices of their bigger competitors but I do want to know how much an item costs.

Publix is one of the best grocery stores to go to especially deli, always has good service. I am always greeted when walking into the store. Today when going to the deli section I was treated so nicely and asked everything I needed on my salad. I was feeling very nauseous today and I just wanted a good salad. Dilan had great customer service skills. Asked proficient questions on what I wanted and was very polite at doing so. Not sure if I spelled dilan name correctly but I hope somebody gives this guy a raise. 😁

Taylor in the bakery department was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get the name of the amazing cake decorator who did our daughter’s first birthday cake. I love Publix and their amazing cakes. Their costumer service is top tier

Best Sandwiches around - This publix hands down makes the best Sandwiches around. They are always made perfect and I never have had an issue. Plus with workers like David (who makes the Sandwiches) who are always friendly and professional this is easily the best place to go. If you are looking for a great sandwhich at a great price, go here. You can't go wrong no matter what type of sandwich you get.

Made the mistake of getting one of those hot meals at lunch. Ribs were nasty salty and no flavor at all. Sodium killing sides. Waste of money. Never again. Should have known better.

This is one of the best run Public’s stores I have ever been in. The manager is to be recognized for his skills in having good employees and keeping them dedicated and appreciated.

You know it's pretty sad when an old customer service lady, decides to make up her own rules without telling nobody and then gets mad when you don't know her rules... Lol God bless you because I don't know how your manager will allow you to talk to paying customers like that... God bless you

I had went to this publix to return items that I did not need that I had purchased same day(not opened/ not used just realized when I got home I already had it) . I went to guest services where Adis did not even look up to help, after standing there a while she said come over here with an attitude. Ok, I'm a store manager and understand a bad day so I went to her to do the return. When she was processing the return it was not being returned at the price I had purchased the items for ( I had my receipt and even showed her the price I purchased). She called over the lead Jacob where he just looked and said yea that's the price your getting, no looking at my receipt and walked away to speak to another associate about and I quote " killing himself" yikes. So Adis proceeded to just process the return not speaking to me and as I'm asking her why would I not get the price I paid she started throwing out things like oh you bought bogo, nope my receipt shows what I bought and it was full price. I'm not ok with being shorted on money but with her attitude, I just wanted to leave. When I asked her for her supervisors name she said it was Jacob , so I asked if she could put it on the receipt so I can follow up with getting the remaining of my money back and her response was " you can write it" so I asked for a pen because I don't walk into my local grocery store with a pen handy. All around both of these employees were just rude and had no time in the world to help me get my money back that I spent at the same store on the same day. When I got to my car my husband reminded me of Adis and how our last time in the store she was extremely rude checking us out, so I can't even say it's a bad day she's has a trend of being horrible to guests. The sad thing is I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and am a person that never complains because I work in retail I get it but this is now my local Publix and she and now Jacob are horrible, in all of my years going to the east Colonial publix I have NEVER had a single issue and would shop there weekly but this store I try to avoid if I can.
