I went to the customer service desk to redeem my rain check, but the experience was disappointing. The gentleman assisting me had an unwelcoming attitude, making me feel like I was a bother. When I explained that I wanted to purchase cases of water and asked if they could accommodate me, he simply responded, “What about it?”

After speaking with an associate, he informed me that they had already stocked all available cases on the shelves and could not honor my rain check at this location. He mentioned that a new shipment would arrive the next day, so I asked if they could hold some cases for me. He stated they could only hold one, despite my rain check allowing up to eight.

This was the first Publix I’ve visited that placed a limit on how much water I could purchase, with or without a rain check. I requested to speak with a manager, and after a brief phone conversation, the employee reiterated the same response. Frustrated, I went to another Publix location and was able to purchase as much as I needed without issue.

The customer service at this location was extremely poor—if I could rate it lower than zero, I would.

Their bakery has THE BEST French bread ever. Always soft and delicious, not overcooked. I literally drive by 2 other Publix's just to get bread from this bakery and have done so for years. Consistent soft, and delicious every time. 😋

They claim on instacart to stock refrigerated, fresh dog food brands. They lie, not available in the store, wasted an Instacart trip, the dog food was the thing I really did need, rest was just extra

Publix needs to revaluate how they select people for the deli. It’s the busiest department in the store and time after time after time the people working here have zero sense of urgency. My husband loves the subs, which is the only reason I continue to shop here. It takes 15-20 minutes to get a single sandwich made. It would be comical if it wasn’t so frustrating. Maybe if they paid their employees more, they wouldn’t have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for people who could not care less about how long the line is, or how fast they’re moving. If Publix wants to act like a deli, they should retrain these employees. I’ll be going to subway or ANY other fast food restaurant that serves subs instead of spending an hour in Publix on my only day off.

Gotta Love a Publix great place to shop they usually have everything I need however they're not the cheapest but I like to buy one get one free stuff
