I am pretty thankful that I moved to this area about two years ago and I am closer to this particular Publix location at Suncrest Village
Everyone is extremely kind and helpful
I have to give a specific mention to the pharmacy and the great assistance I received there
There is nothing like walking into a place, not expecting to be greeted, even, and then being recognized as someone who comes back regularly

This branch of Publix is great as always. Good customer service and great products. The foods prepared here are awesome and I have met some great promotions. I think it's a great shopping center just that their prices may be slightly higher than other shopping centers in their category.

Not my top Publix but still pretty darn good for my daily needs. Much better selection than the smaller locations. Sometimes they do run out of things quickly, especially if it’s a BOGO item.

Rush in Deli you really needs to fix your Nasty Attitude towards customers especially if a customer didn't disrespect you & only asked Question. Your Response was so disrespectful. So Rush in Deli you don't even deserve 1 star. I did Report the issue to store Manager. I am in publix as I write this review.

The remodel of this specific Publix (although a little while ago now) has made a huge difference on this location. Sometimes my friends and I will grab Pub Subs or sushi rolls and sit on the 2nd floor's outdoor patio to enjoy our food. It's a cute spot and the indoor 2nd floor lounge is just as nice, if not better! The store is arranged with ease and everything made fresh to one side of the store when you first walk in. 10/10

I love Publix, this a good grocery store and I also got a chance to meet the mascot Plato during the grand opening in Aug 2022. I like fried chicken, onion rings and potato wedges.

There's still a brand new feel to this recently rebuilt Publix. People are extremely friendly and the quality of the food, produce,etc. is what you expect from Publix.

I'm also a big fan of the app, which helps me identify not only what I plan to buy but where it is based upon which store I'm shopping. And don't forget to check the digital coupons, which can be a pain, but sometimes have some hidden gems. Lastly, don't forget to get your raincheck from customer service if you find they are out of your favorite Buy One Get One (BOGO) free item. That will allow you to come back within the next month or so and cash in.

This is my 3rd time going to this Publix and every time I have had a negative experience. The ladies at the deli have no patience for you. This store needs to put their workers who have good attitudes at their customer service spots and those with bad attitudes stocking the shelves. I will purposely drive to another location just to avoid this staff.
