Jeff S., in the meat department at the Publix in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, is an absolute gem! During my shopping today, I had trouble finding a few items, and he went above and beyond to help me locate everything—always with a warm smile and a great attitude. Not once did he make me feel like I was a bother; instead, he was patient, friendly, and truly committed to excellent customer service. Jeff is the kind of employee every store needs—A+ all the way! Publix is lucky to have him, and he absolutely deserves recognition. A real keeper!

Wow...Doing a long walk today. This is one of the best Publix stores I have visited. They're sure ready for Valentine's Day. The store is clean, very well organized, fresh food, and has excellent customer service. It is a pleasure to walk in.

Just stopped in to get some items. The staff are always friendly. The stock guy was nice enough to check if a product was in the back. This Publix always has a greater variety than the one in Surfside. They just recently added new carts, which is Greta’s once the old ones were starting to “ghost ride” or pull in either direction.

One of the biggest super market in that area. Lot's of products and many types of alternatives . The employes are nice. The floors are clean. When I was in Miami for a week, I visited Publix for like 3 or 4 times.

The customer service stop was taking too long with a customer and had a long line of people that were not attended to. The lady behind the counter at least apologized for it.

So I work about 5 mins away from this Publix and I decided to eat a sub for lunch today. I had a great experience with the new guy who works in deli. He was very polite and patient. But after getting my sub I went to customer service where I normally pay and there was a lady in front of me in ELI’s line. She literally took her time as if I was invisible, folding the lady’s receipt up slowly and talking non stop. I was very patient up until 15 mins passed. That’s when I starting becoming a little impatient. Another customer service rep by the name of JESSICA literally told me she felt bad for me and without saying a word, she rung up my sub and Gatorade. She had to see what was going on. After mentioning how long I waited, ELI and the lady turned my way and started laughing. I was offended and as I’m walking out, the manager ROSA was walking passed me and I explained to her what was going on. She was super sweet and genuinely apologized. I’m very disappointed.
