I enjoy shopping at Publix and it is easy to shop in! Good location and very helpful staff.
Clean, fresh, but not as many bagged salad options as I'm used to from my local grocery store. There were some good deals and markdowns which I appreciated. Nice flowers for purchase and priced good. Overall great experience.

During my visit I was in my wheelchair from a recent car accident & was very excited to see they have scooters charged & ready in The front entrance of the store

Usually a good shopping experience went to the deli for the first time the rice was rotten collard greens where ok ribs where the best part only writing this review because the food was rotten the store though is a great store to shop at just don’t eat at the deli especially hot case

I made a Publix sub order for pickup ready at 1:05 and I came in at 1:22 and my order still wasn’t ready. They just pointed “it’s right there” by the little window where the completed orders will be, kinda brushed me off rudely and it wasn’t there. Then I was told it was being made in the back. Waited a bit long get and nothing so decided to have lunch somewhere else. Please deli manager situate this station better so Publix subs could be enjoyable. Jacob the deli manager was on duty

Clean supermarket, conveniently located near Holiday Park in Downtown Fort Lauderdale!
We went there exclusively for their famous subs. They didn't disappoint! The lady filled it to the brim with everything I wanted. It almost didn't close!
Other than that, competitive prices and nice cashier at checkout.

Not all Publix are created equal. This one is the worst I've been to when it comes to the deli. Consistently the subs are not what the should be. I order online and give them plenty of time and I still end up waiting for them to make it or sometimes they don't have it on the outside shelf. One time they were keeping my cold sub in a hot over/warmer. It was warm and gross when I got to it. I keep giving them another chance but this will be my last sub at this location. It was of course not ready an hour after ordering and it's extremely small. I've never had a Publix sub so small. They always forget my packets of condiments to go but that happens so often everywhere I'm not too mad. It's really just the quality and the people behind the counter don't seem to enjoy their job or pleasing customers. The vegetables always seem old and mushy and they are definitely light handed with them. Theres barely any lettuce for instance on this sub.
It was cold tonight so I thought about getting a bowl of soup with the sub. It all looked so old and burnt I wasn't risking it.

I'm really not one to take my time and write a review complaining. But they've let me down so many times I feel like something needs to change.

But that's just the deli. My experience with the rest of the store and the employees stocking the shelves and offering help have been great
