If I could give them a minus star I would. The Deli Department is horrible!!! They can’t read or write for sure. They mislabel things all the time and then you have to go twice to return what you supposedly bought that was correct in the first place. They should train their Deli personnel to read & write and know the parts of a chicken. If not hire people that do know. Horrible!!!! Never going back.

As an approach to order food from the deli. The associate Dellesse was very rude she was more worried about finishing her prep instead of providing good customer service. I had to raise my tone of voice to notice I was not happy with the way she treats a paying customer.

Worst Customer Service is done by Jusimi at the coffee shop inside this Publix zero knowledge of customer service. A lot of attitude when I ask if she can put cinnamon in my coffee her answer was you can buy cinnamon and put it in your house! As well making gossips about other staff with another co-worker, This Publix needs to educate their staff!

I will say the Bakery department they are great in what they do they sell the best bake goods and bread always fresh God bless them all they deserve respect and be blessed for there hard work and dedication

Update 7/29/24 still no change at the location went yesterday and cold dressings expired since April and we are at end of July. Store manager doesn’t care and neither does corporate next step THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

This Publix always sells things that are expired or bad they need to fix this place 🤦‍♀️ expired foods raw rotisserie chicken 2 slices of turkey in a sub and food that has been returned back in a freezer what else must be going on at this Publix !!! Why doesn’t corporate do surprise visitation before the store opens so there is not time tld is what might be wrong

The fresh produce, deli, and bakery sections are top-notch, offering great quality every time. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help you find what you need. I guess Publix didn’t get the memo on boars head. The most deadliest outbreak in deli meats from filthy facilities. They’re trying to shove it down everyone’s throat putting it in the ready cut section. I ordered Publix ham and cheese and they put it in a boars head bag. To be on the safe side I threw it out and took the loss. I’m going to have to find another place for deli meats, as they’re trying to shove boars head down everyone’s throat that been sitting there since the listeria outbreak, that killed a dozen people nobody buying it.
