Publix delivers once again!

As a Florida native and lifelong Publix fan, I always expect top-notch service, and my recent visit certainly lived up to those expectations.

I scheduled a wedding cake tasting, and the process was not only seamless but also exceptionally enjoyable. My fiancée and I met with Dawn, who made the entire experience outstanding. She had everything prepared right on time and patiently walked us through all the details. Even as my fiancée asked a ton of questions, Dawn remained enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with her suggestions. Her professionalism and warm personality made the entire process stress-free and fun.

And the cake? Incredible! We sampled four types of cake and four fillings, and every single one was delicious. I’m not usually a big fan of sweets, but even I was blown away. I can’t wait for our wedding guests to enjoy it!

If you’re considering Publix for your wedding cake, I can’t recommend them enough. The tasting is free, easy to book online, and the service is phenomenal.

Once again, Publix proves why it’s my favorite grocery store—this experience was nothing short of amazing.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe the wonderful experience with Pharmacy Representative, Jasmine at the 2873 S. Orange Ave. Orlando, FL 32806 location. Jasmine's genuine concern and follow up about my mother's and aunt's vacation supply status for multiple medications displayed her dedication to not only her job, but those who she serves. Over the last few weeks, she collaborated with the insurance company and us on numerous occasions until authorization was obtained. She took the time to review the quantity of each medication and supply item to ensure that my mom and aunt would have enough to last for their extended overseas vacation. She was professional, patient, and kind at each telephone encounter. Based on these experiences, our trust in Publix Pharmacy has increased greatly. Special people like Jasmine are very much appreciated, especially with the elderly population. Please recognize her outstanding hard work and encourage others to provide similar meaningful customer experiences. Thank you for having Jasmine as a valuable team member at Publix!

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Very disrespectful and unprofessional Jasmine - Assistant Customer Service. She needs much better training in her attitude and professionalism. Jasmine does not know how to serve Publix customers, she was very nasty. It is a shame for Publix to hire employees like her, who have no sense of loyalty towards their customers and employer.

Chinese food was a total disappointment!!! After a long work day didn’t have the energy to cook so Chinese sounded like a quick solution opted for my wife’s favorite Thai curry chicken , #2 meal, the lady behind the counter loaded the container with rice and I made a point to tell her leave some room for the sides! Which was 2 Thai chicken, I noticed she kept scooping up peppers and cabbage so I said “put more chicken in there” got home to eat it, sure enough! There was only three small strips of chicken! I wanted to go back and get my money back but didn’t wanna fight traffic plus I didn’t have the energy due to lack of protein. I will be talking to the manager!! it should be like the subs, a specific amount of meet! At $12 I don’t expect to be wondering “where is the meat?” NOT VERY HAPPY!

This is a small version of what I consider a standard Publix. However it still had a great selection of all the items you'd expect and I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at this location.

Can't tap your Child Support card at the POS. Every time it's declined is a 50 cent charge. Customer service didn't seem too concerned about it and no store managers in. But those ladies in the deli running that pub sub station are the best! My hats off to them!

Just left this location and Brandi who was working the self checkout area was extremely rude to an elderly Latin woman who was having issues finding her produce on the checkout screen. She lacked patience in assisting her and had a very mean tone the entire time especially when telling the lady that she doesn’t speak Spanish. It takes nothing out of her day to just help type in the name of the produce item that the lady was looking for. You don’t have to speak the same language to help a customer with such a simple thing. I’ve shopped at Publix all my life and I have never seen such terrible customer service here before. I hope she receives some very needed customer service training.

Big store, large variety of grocery items. Great deli and hot food selections. It has a few tables so you can eat right inside the store. Publix, where shopping is a pleasure and the grocery items are priced a bit higher than other stores, but you can get great deals each week on sales items and bogos.
