I give it 3 because the layout is different than other Publix stores.. but the employees are really why it's not a 5.. they care more about their conversation in other languages which is fine but don't ignore me until I ask you a question twice.. the cashier's especially prefer to chat than to help when we needed to be carded for alcohol. They took their sweet time and looked at each other before finally deciding to approach us.. I'm hoping my next visit isn't as dissatisfying..

Today I experienced the same long lines as usual with an unusually rude deli employee she was unpleasant and I didn't get my hot food nor sandwich .

Im back and it's still bad whoever the new baker is fire them or retrain these cookies over cooked here's a side by side the m&m are good the chocolate chip is not

Update: while waiting for my sandwich and hearing the women working the sandwich station at deli was talking down on customers vs providing great costumer service and instead of making my sandwich properly it was saturated in oil and not vinegar like asked i took my first bite unaware and was disgusted how greasy it was if staff would work and not talk about customers I'd have been pleased my sandwich would have been made properly . I don't know who I need to speak with in corporate to get the right staff employed and some great service because this is probably one of the worst publixs in central florida .

I just want to thank thee Asst Manager for the bakery. Tony your the best. Thank you for letting me know that my coconut clustered pie was inn stock. I've been chasing this pie for months, since Thanksgiving. It's my dad's favorite. He's going to be 86 years old next month. Mama passed two yrs ago., so whatever I can do to make him happy I will. This pie made his day. Thanks again for the wonderful customer service you gifted me and my dad with today. May Gpd bless you ALWAYS 🙏

It's a nice store to go to when I need to grab a few things real quick. It can be very crowded most days but I still enjoy this store.

Went to Publix at the Promenade to buy a bakery item but did not see it on the shelf. The bakery manager, Delisay made eye contact with me at least 7 times but never acknowledge me. When I attempted to look for assistance between the deli & bakery counter departments she called out to me rudely to come over to her. I let her know that I was upset that she never acknowledged me, then I preceded telling her what I needed. She scolded me for approaching the bakery counter between the 2 departments with a bad attitude. The whole situation upset me so I just said to give me the damn bread and she got the bread and said here's the damn bread. Is this how Publix train their managers. Well I guess Publix does not care about giving customers excellent customer service. They changed and have lowered customer service skills.

So yesterday, decided to try the cheesecake almond cone. It was really good until I found brown and greyish hairs in it!!! Please wear a hairnet and if you brush your hair please make sure none is on your clothes that would get into the food you prepare. Yuck!!!!!

Deli chicken are habitually out of date and still served hours/day(s) later for gain. DEI employee setting with terrible service , FDA violations, and third world country vibes...Publix used to be exceptional.
