I have been coming to this Publix since it has opened. The customer service is horrible now. And management is not what it used to be. I literally went in about 25 minutes ago and asked for six chicken breasts at the deli and the guy that works there said I had to wait an hour because he just came into work. Where have all the good managers gone? Today is my last day shopping at Publix. I didn't mind shopping there and paying extra since they are more expensive, but they used to have good customer service it was worth it, but not anymore. I'm going to get my fried chicken elsewhere. Somewhere where they treat people the way they should be treated. Keep your chicken Publix. I have lost respect for all of you and your bad choice in your staff and employees.

Omg I was going through loops trying to get my flu shot because there was a problem with my insurance, I went to like 3 places before here. Bris in the pharmacy was so patient, so helpful, so kind and truly made my experience pleasant and less stressful. Thank you so much for your help.

It’s sad when you can’t get good customer service because of lack of communication no one in the deli at the time spoke English had to wait until a supervisor (30 min) just to translate for them and to top it off my order that I placed in advance still wasn’t ready. I’ve been coming to this Publix a VERY LONG TIME AND NEVER had this problem than to top it off I was told this is Miami and I need to learn Spanish. All I could say is wow

The bakery use to be good back in the days now it's not good so I tend to go to other Publix locations just for the bakery. This Publix definitely fell off the pat 10 plus years

Love the organization of every shelf and isle. All their staff are friendly and customer oriented. They have always products in stock; most of the registers work, so there's never a long queue.

This Publix is racist rude when they come to returning items they do not qualify, but instead make their own decision base off race Publix needs to rewrite their policy so customers or not hassle over petty items.
