Publix Super Market at Town and Country Square

Was not pleased with the customer serviice. One counting money. Seattle acted like it was inconvenienced to them to ring me up. When she finally did she answers the phone and I start becoming ignored at that point. Really bad customer service. Not really a friendly atmosphere.

It was ok everything is expensive but for good quality I guess. Definitely recommend the French bread here it’s so good! The lemonade is always sticky on the outside of the jug but it still tastes good but not enough for the price. Overall 4/5, -1 for the overpriced items.

Store seemed fine but line for deli subs was long and slow just to get to the front and find out they're out of tenders for their subs. Seems kinda crazy a place that sells the tenders and the tenders being one of their most popular sub would be out of them during lunch time. Found out after waiting in line for 15 minutes of my 30 minute break too leaving me to return from break without eating. Do better.

The red velvet cake was hard and this is very usual. I place the order Saturday for Sunday, pick it up Sunday and tasted it, It was definitely hard as if it was already made a few days before Saturday. This is very upsetting! I will never come to Publix for another cake. I whether support a small business instead.

Clean well stocked and great customer care just a little pricey but awesome for the most part

I've been coming to this store for years, it's easy for me when I get out of work and pick up several things before getting home.This is the 1st time I get a service base on one of Mr. Jenkins quotes “That friendly touch in customer service is the secret of our success, so let’s don’t ever lose it.” Thank you Thomas from the produce department for your help and to go that extra mile to maintain Mr. Jenkins philosophy. I hope and pray for your management team to appreciate your customer service . I did talked to the produce assistant manager and point your good work ! Thank you Thomas for taking the time to help me and provide an amazing customer service!

Love Publix. Look at this cashew butter. It's pricey, but I bet it's yum!

Entirely too much manager turn over. Variety is needed. Out of all the Publix around while Fill nice limited on so many items.. navier coffee is my favorite. You use to have it. Not I get it at the marcum shop
