Well thought out floor plan. Employees are easy to find, smiling, helpful and seem happy. Prices average. Except eggs...well that's another story; not Publix employees fault, dang bird flu. ❤️ this store! Wheelchair accessible, they have just about everything!

I had a difficult time finding a product until I met Brady, who offered exceptional customer service. Brady not only directed me to the product but also escorted me to it. He was well-mannered and smiled warmly. I hope his supervisor recognizes this. He made my day. Thank you Brady.

Keith (2012 on his badge)in the seafood department was very nasty and rude. If you’re not a people person you should not be working at Publix's. Costumer service should always be number one at all times.

As old folk, me and husband are ecstatic to see so many vibrant and enthusiastic young cashiers, specifically a young man named Max who was a joy to talk to while in the line. This, ladies and gentlemen is how shopping should be done, I had never felt so nostalgic to shop again like back in my old days.

Jean in the DELI Department has the WORST customer service. I don't understand keeping employees who have arrogance. Publix is top of the line for me so this was a huge disappointment.

I had the worst experience at the deli with Darlene who felt it was appropriate to be disrespectful to me because I didn’t want Danny to make my sub because it’s just not edible when he does. I said I would wait for her, clearly she didn’t like me requesting her and followed it up with her rolling her eyes and saying I’m busy… he’s available, as if I didn’t plan on waiting. Then when asked do you not want to help me she said I’m busy. I walked over to Micheal who is always so kind and polite and asked him to help me which he was happy to do with a smile. Then she followed her with saying girl it’s not that serious. Now I’m upset. Who are you to tell me what I consider serious when I’m paying my money. Dubre who is also kind and attentive. Apologized and finished my sandwich. I’ve never felt so disrespected in publix before and this unacceptable. I spoke to the manager about it but I’m disappointed in my service today.
