This Publix has gone so far down hill. Lines for check out wrap into the aisles. The manager of the store, instead of helping check people out, was just joking with an employee. I go out of my way to not go to this Publix at this point. I don’t like the pan handling right at the entrance, which is a newer development. It’s unfortunate because the one off copans has such limited selection in comparison.

BTW. Used to have much better service. These new employees don't know from courtesy. They will knock you down to finish their project or clock in or out.
You can't tech ethics or courtesy.

I use this Publix all the time it’s my go to shopping store and pharmacy. Great prices from the pharmacy and has a pretty good stock of the foods I like. Like everywhere the prices aren’t great but that’s not their fault Hopefully this changes in the coming months but great store to shop at.

What a horrible experience.
Carla the manager/supervisor? Was the rudest staff member I ever dealt with.
She needs customer service relations training. Miserable.
Avoid her or better yet go to another publix. Publix is a reputable store. How did this even happen?

I think it’s time to rethink my shopping options. This Publix has continued to disappoint. I purchased a chicken sandwich in their deli. When I got home, the bun is as hard as a rock. Try to reach someone to see about a refund/replacement - good luck.

This store is infested with roaches, I reported my findings to the deli manager(an older pure grey hair with blue/ green eyes) and store manager (clean cut, tall, blonde hair blue eyes) and they both did not care.

Not a nice store. Bad stock. Need to check their best-buy dates for expired food. Lazy people. The bakery is a miserable joke - whenever you ask staff at the bakery to go ask (in the morning) whether they stock a certain type of bread, they drag their feet to the back store, where today one lady just looked in and turned around and said "we don't have it". Lazy bunch. I hate it here. Now travel to the other Publix further north despite my living quite close to this miserable place.
