This review is for the two staff that was at the deli and the one cooking the fried chicken in at the back. The lady that was at the deli was too busy cleaning and I understand that she probably is trying to go home but she ignored me at first and then she seemed annoyed when I asked for help. I asked for 8 piece dark meat and she said that it should be coming up and I saw the guy in the back boxing the fried chicken. So I asked the lady again if she can tell the guy that I wanted 8 piece but she she just walked to back and looked at the guy boxing them assuming that there will be a box for just dark meat. So when the guy started placing the boxes to the warmer, I asked him if there was a box for just dark meat and he told me that I have to wait 40 minutes for those. I asked nicely if it’s possible if I can just get dark meat from the one that just came up and he seemed hesitant and he argued with the lady that I initially talked too. They both showed unprofessionalism at the front and then when they were preparing a box for me, the box fell apart from the bottom. So they had to open a few Mixed boxes and then when they were done. I heard them complained that they had to open several boxes just so that I can have the 8 piece dark meat. I was really grateful for that but also, this would have been prevented in so many ways without wasting so much food by confirming with the cook about my request in the beginning. I felt like I was pestering them. This happened 1/31/25 around 8pm.

Well, my eyes were like this 🤩 the store is super clean, so it's easy to find the product i was looking for. The products are fresh and the staff helpful and really fast cashier, overall a little pricey but the quality make that I didn't mind because it was amazing experience. Love it!!! , until next groceries shopping ;-]

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received tonight on March 18th at approximately 8pm. I was attempting to purchase chicken wings from the deli counter and was assisted by an employee named Alexandra.
My experience was marred by two significant issues:
1. Inaccurate Wait Time: I inquired about the wait time for a specific type of chicken wing. Alexandra informed me it would be a full hour. This seemed excessive. However, after walking away and then coming back I over heard another employee speaking in Spanish asking Alexandra how long did you tell them? Alexandra responded with an hour and they both laughed. It became clear that the stated wait time was grossly exaggerated.
2. Poor Attitude: Throughout the interaction, Alexandra displayed a dismissive and unhelpful demeanor. She seemed uninterested in assisting me and provided minimal information.
This level of service is unacceptable for a company with Publix's reputation. I expect honesty and efficiency from your employees, and Alexandra failed to deliver on both counts. I hope you will address this issue and provide additional training to ensure that future customers do not have similar experiences.

I got a pub sub at the Deli, and my sandwich was made by Gino. His attention to detail is really admirable, and he seems like a very kindhearted man. The rest of the staff also seem very sweet

We have shopped Publix almost exclusively for decades, and this location from the day it opened. It is always well-stocked, very clean and the employees are extremely positive and helpful. Management is visible and "lead from the front". You can tell they enjoy their staff and their customers.

I'm posting this as it just irks me! I just left the Publix at Lee Vista. They have board with a sign saying buy one get one free for Good N Fun dog treats. I grabbed two and went to the check out. The cashier said it didn't apply to the ones I picked, it's in the fine print on the sign. That is infuriating! Why do you mix all the Good N Fun treats on the same board with a sign saying b1g1f. I looked at several other buy one get one offers on dump tables and aisle tables ALL THE PRODUCT ON THOSE TABLES THE OFFER APPLIED! Com'on Publix, you're better than that! You know the public only sees Buy one get One.

Very large store. Everything convenient for life 🧬 is almost available there. Little bit expensive but they never compromise at quality. Nice 🏬🏪. Recommended
