Love the ease of Publix shopping. Automatic doors to the fresh produce, deli, Bakery, daily, Canned and bottled everything. Wide Clear aísles. Today Yolanda and Christine helped me figure out gift cards for my holiday gifts. They were both funny and cheerful yet efficient.
Also I bought Lottery tickets and my fav ice cream and hot from the fryer deli chicken.
Coca cola fountain drinks are a plus.
Publix offers the extra touches of baby seat shopping carts, special needs shopping carts. Between two Rows of wheel chair van access parking spots, there us a huge aisle to walk and push your cart and loading up the car without walking in the in the main drive.

I was shopping in your store and one of your employees was having a little bit of difficulty with helping me out. He did a fantastic job, it just seemed like he was concentrating on doing the task at hand, which is completely fine. Another wonderful person and employee named Hannah stepped in to help the gentleman out and was so kind to him and ended up finding us exactly what we needed. It was so great to see another human helping out another human. Love you, Hannah. !

I go here always mornings. their deli doesn't work operative. Always they don't have spoon on the soups, they never have middle size bowl, they'll never have chicken for sandwiches so u regret to come there for your food, the front cashier if u pay cash he'll not return back your change. u spend thousand+ there every month they'll not appreciate

I have been shopping at this Publix regularly and have always been impressed by the friendly staff, well stock shelves and overall quality of the store. It's my go to place for groceries and I've always appreciated how clean and organized everything is. However on my last visit I had to use the restrooms and I was disappointed to find them in an uncharacteristically filthy state. This is surprising given the usual high standards of cleanliness in the store. I hope this was an isolated incident and I encourage the management to address restroom maintenance to ensure it aligns with otherwise excellent standards of the store.

I shop at this Publix multiple times a week, I live less than a minute away. Most of this store is seriously great. The Deli on the other hand is consistently horrendous. Today was another day of employees standing around, one handing cash to some random person for who knows what reason, as well as not even have looked at my ticket for the online order placed 45 minutes ago. Normally I’d just leave, but one employee (older lady) who I’ve come to understand is just painfully slow, laughed at the stack of online orders not completed when asked if my sub was made yet. I’m not sure if the manager is just incompetent, or what the deal is, but it needs serious help.

I won’t shop at this location again. Male cashier David was making jokes with old man in front of me about me paying for his groceries. You should never put a woman on the spot making jokes like that nor force a conversation between two customers. Creepy man waited for me to leave. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. No apology from cashier only male encouragement. Publix needs their employees training on this. Self checkout way too long to use and broken.

Review of the pub sub deli only!

We waited in a line of three people total for nearly 30 minutes only to be greeted by a sandwich maker who was impatient and made this monstrosity (picture shown). It was supposed to be a gluten free wrap. She literally threw handfuls of shredded lettuce and carelessly rolled the wrap in such a way that when I unwrapped it, it completely fell apart. I’ll be eating this wrap with a fork and knife and won’t be returning to this Publix deli.

This Publix has a salad bar and a smoothie / coffee drink counter with a cafe area. Was told this is the only Publix with a smoothie / coffee bar as they are testing it out. Plant based milk options are available for the coffee drinks. Now if they only sold hot breakfast sandwiches (even a few premade options) I'd be in heaven. There is a gender neutral (family) bathroom for any non-binary folks out there.
Friendly service at the customer service desk from the 20 something young man with dark brown hair as well as the elderly gentleman stocking the grocery aisle.
