Your store #1149 on Treasure Island, I recently contacted to order for friends of mine impacted by the hurricanes. I know many of your employees were probably were too. When I called I spoke with Jessica in deli who helped me navigate your system. As I said I know many of your employees were impacted too. However she saw that the order was taken care of, and was so kind. In the day and age where customer service can be something many companies do not seem to place importance on, your company has placed people that not only understand it but give the idea absolute attention to the concept.I would like to give Publix as a corporation thank you for not only ensuring great product's, but also fostering an environment where customer service is also important. Treasure Island store #1149 did you proud!

I want to express my gratitude to Brandan, one of the managers at Publix on Atlanta Hwy (3620), in Athens, GA. I was stranded in the Publix parking lot after shopping. He made sure I was OK and waited with me until help arrived. He and Jake helped me when they didn't have to, and I'm forever grateful

Publix in Savannah Georgia has racially profiled me and asked me for an ID to buy a 900 dollar money order. The gentleman went to get his manager to see if she needs to ID me. I have been buying a money order for 4 years at this same location for rent and I have never been iD for a 900 dollar money order. I want to know why Publiz got racist colorist people working in their customer service department. I want someone to reach out to me about being discriminated against when I know for a fact that I have never had to show an ID for a 900 dollar money order. Somebody needs to get back to me because hiring racist long hair half hankies is not cool. I have a cousin who is a manager at publix and she said it's Publix policy to ask for an ID for money orders over $1000.

I go to the Publix at Highland City Lakeland Fl and I want the Corporate Office to know I think they have the best people working there. The mangers and the employees are so very helpful. I went today ( 10/12/24) yes they were out of things but one employee went out of his way to check the back for what I was looking for, he found a case of it and brought it out and stocked the shelf. I Love my Publix. I hope Corporate Office sees this and let them know they are awesome.

I just called Publix corporate to ask if they could put their prices in the app and she said well each store is different. Really why would that be, you mean if you live in a more expensive area the prices are higher? That sounds kind of shady. So I said to her well don't you think it would be good to put your prices on things so that when we do our shopping list we can know exactly what we're paying for our budget? And your "customer service" person hung up. WOW Publix really going downhill!!!

will never shop for meat at publix at Seven Hills in Hernando County. As a matter of fact people should check what meat they have bought at any Publix. Yesterday 10/18/24 I bought 5 lbs of ground chuck 90% at this Publix. When I got home put it in our fridge and 2 hours later I opened the package to make some hamburgers. To my shock as I pulled the meat apart to seperate it into patties I was shocked to discover the middle of each pile of chuck the meat was dark gray and had a slight smell to it.
I immediately went back to Publix to return ot and asked to speak to the manager. It turns out the manager that was on duty was the meat department manager. He walked up and I started to explain it to him and without hesitation he lashed out very loudly and berated me and my wife that we didn't know what we were talking about and gray meat is normal for 90% ground beef.
I asked him about the smell he yelled back at me saying if we knew what we were talking about we would know that is not always a problem.
We got our refund and as we were leaving he followed us to the door yelling that if we knew what we were talking about we would know that there was nothing to complain about. He finally left us after we got outside.
From this point on all of our business withh be done at Winn Dixie

I sincerely hope that the General manager read or is notified about this post. You should be fired for your incompetence. For 4 years I have complained about the service in Georgia and Florida. I stated the delis were nasty. There's old food around the deli areas all the time. Now you have to pull all the meat from boar's Head. Recently the Publix at Rice Creek in Savannah, Ga received the complaint from a customer who ordered fried chicken, which left him or her vomiting blood. The store NEVER has any water available. This is Publix in Rice Creek it is a upstanding area and we pay enough taxes and shop there so we deserve better customer service and products. Publix is no longer a pleasure to shop at. Many of us are taking our money to Food Lions because the prices are reasonable and no one has gotten sick from there. The manager can only do so much if you guys are not supporting the store, so that means you are not backing up his business. We were in Orlando and we visit another public store in which we saw all the managers standing in a circle gossiping and not tending to business. Here it is a storm in Savannah Georgia and Publix does not have enough water. Also flies, mosquitoes, gnats, and bugs are always getting on the daily bread because you have nothing to close the area with or cover it up. Fix it before I start posting the pictures of it.

The Flame commercial, which is supposed to celebrate "unity" and finding "common ground" doesn't include ONE SINGLE WHITE MAN. A white woman flashes on the screen for an entire second.

I'm taking my $200 per week elsewhere and I am raising awareness. Mother's Day featured several specially made commercials but not ONE SINGLE WHITE PERSON. I let that slide, because I loved the 'Thanks Chris' spot. It's been over a year since that one. Nothing since, but you pander to every other race. DONE.
