My experience with Pullman Marketing was generally very poor. I have been friends with Adam for many years. We went to college together.

We initially spent several hours with his assistant going over what I wanted for a website that would keep me above my competition. I was told by Adam that not only could his team create such a website but that he could also direct people searching for businesses such as my own to recover their delinquent accounts.

In the end, Adam and his crew gave up on my business. Adam was informed that there was a death in my family(my father) and that communication would be sporadic at best. Adam and his team accepted and acknowledged this.

Despite the verbal agreements Adam basically fired my firm because it was too difficult of a job.

Also, due to the fact that Adam and I have been friends since high-school I did contact him after hours. That's what friends are for, right? One of the complaints from Adam was that I contacted him when" he was putting his kids to bed".

My advice is do not use this company.

Do I recommend? No.

Pullman Marketing does a great job helping businesses, including sole proprietors, to live their dreams. I like the free videos that Adam will do to help build knowledge and capacity.

I'm so grateful for Pullman Marketing! These guys and gals brought both our shop websites out of the dark ages so they actually reflect the professional and quality work done. My initial inquiry was responded to with a personal phone call within an hour. In a day, I met the team over zoom and I instantly knew this was one of the best business decisions I've ever made. They answered all my stupid questions with patience and grace and even sent out a photographer to get action and group shots. They set up Google analytics and fixed all of our forms so they actually work, and did all that techy stuff to make sure we're out there on the www. They implemented easy to use web editing tools and showed me how to make edits myself. The best part, is they are local. When I screw it all up, I can trust Adam and his team will come to the rescue.
