Cannot say enough negative stuff about this company. Very unpleasant experience, they do not advocate for their tenants. Side with Slum lords and turn a blind eye to problems that can cause major health issues. Ignore messages and cancel maintenance requests without fixing the issues.

My friend rents from this company. They seem to be screwing them. If a repair needs to be fixed, they charge them to fix it. This house desperately needs repairs and its run down. They ask for things to be fixed but then they get charged to have maintenance come out to fix it. Even if its not their fault that its messed up. I thought paying ur rent covers any maintenance u need. I dont pay for any maintenance i need at my rental company. I think this company is screwing their tenants.

Lived at the same house for over ten years until this property management company took over and a new owner bought the house . The house was built in 1910 and was in need of a lot of repairs . Put up with months of construction only to hear main guy tell everyone as soon as they get me out they can up the rent . I was harassed so much I didn't want to live there anymore . Then I was improperly severed eviction papers. What this company and the new owner are doing is called gentrification. Totally unprofessional and lacking any kind of human kindness . I was told it's
just business . If this is how they
conduct business I would highly recommend not doing business with them . Cindy Pebbles actually said to me "You get what you pay for" .

Working with the team at Peebles to find a rental has been such a wonderful experience. Specifically Sofia went out of her way to try and find a home for my 3 children and I. She has been extremely enthusiastic, and very positive throughout all the ups and downs of the search. Other property management companies don't have the tact, drive, professionalism, or personal communication skills that this company maintains. I'm excited to begin renting from a company that truly establishes person to person relationships and makes you feel valued. Thank you all for your determination to help my kids and I finally find a place to call home. ❤

Horrible service, refused to fix RAT holes in a rental I had. Refused to make adequate repairs to support pillars to awning, and carports. I can go on and on, but they were really lax on when you pay them depending on your paycheck. Overall don't rent from them unless you don't actually care about living in substandard conditions, or your homeless.

I was able to work with lyndsey today and got great customer service. I was very happy to get a chance to have her be my agent again here at 26 Mono Ave. apartment A. Great customer service very professional and got back with me right away. I’ve been renting from Peebles Property Management for six years now. For the last year and a half I’ve had a different person managing the property I rent. Never once did he contact me or help me in anyway. Was able to work with lyndsey just once and she’s taking care of all my issues.

ZERO STAR! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Denied our applications saying that my credit score is low! Which is not true! Their credit score requirement is 600 and my is 672 and my husband is 664! And BEFORE they texted us that our applications has been denied they already REMOVED the apartment that we applied for! My thought is that somebody might already got the apartment and they just find excuses to denied us! I even called before we apply and they said the apartment is still available and no one apply yet, we apply right after the call! NOT HAPPY!
