I had plenty of questions and a few edits along the way, but Andy was patient, thorough, and incredibly flexible. He even invited me to their office to see the materials and colors in person, explaining the process step by step, which gave me complete confidence in the project. Payments are straightforward, once that was taken care of, things moved fast. I paid on a Thursday, and by Sunday, someone was out to begin work. By Tuesday night, his friendly team was back out to complete the awning and light box looking perfect.

This is a very high quality, responsive team.

Banners(All I have ordered): EXCELLENT! No image quality loss, with or without ringlets. They make a point to show you the finished product before payment. Mock-ups are exact and they provide measurements.

Communication: Reasonably fast. They prefer not to answer the phone, HOWEVER, Mimi manages the emails and she has 1-3 hour turnaround response time for new questions; 5-20 minutes for current conversations/job inquiries as long as it’s within business hours.
