I am completely dissatisfied with the staff at the marriage license processing booths. I was served by an older, very arrogant lady who treated me very badly because of the way I signed, which had nothing to do with the procedure that corresponded to her... terrible service. I hope they don't have her there for a long time. From then on, everything went very well with the security staff.

I'm really in disbelief and shock how this court operates. I have injury from surgical error that permanently damaged my left hand nerves. The firm that represented me withdrew because the main attorney who handles medical malpractice left the firm. This court allowed them to withdraw without any explanation which had me for 2 years trying to find out what happened. Also they dismissed my whole claim because I didn't show up to a teleconference hearing that they never send me the link to begin with. Also the lawyers have a code that they don't sue each other. This is a nightmare.

Room 106... very pleasant to deal with and helpful. Thank you! Room 102 (matrimonial records) on the other hand... just unpleasant as can be.... walked up with a smile and still the negative energy was palpable. Great way to start the New Year.

was there to collect information at Surrogate Court, and the clerk whom I met with was a wealth of information and patient to explain page by page what is required. I must say you don't get this much patience and professionalism at many government agencies these days, and for that, I am extremely grateful.
