Geoff came out to me today as my boiler stopped receiving power yesterday, I was already booked in for a service next week but he moved me forward to help me get sorted quickly. Was here within an hour of my calling (on a Saturday!), found the problem, got hold of replacement part and did the service whilst he was here to finish things off. Lovely guy who was very helpful and I thought extremely reasonably priced. Would use again and comfortably recommend to family and friends.

Our old boiler was playing up yet again and stopped working. My parent’s neighbour recommended that we give R & R a try. The boiler started working again when Geoff had a look at it. Typical! There was no hard sell and he was very honest about the system we had. We had the old gravity system of a tank in the loft and bedroom cupboard. All of this was old and needed replacing sooner, rather than later anyway. We then asked for a quote to install a new combi in the bedroom cupboard. I was then quoted three different boiler options with installation charges professionally itemised to choose from by email. We decided to go with a Viessmann boiler as it had a lot of good reviews. We then agreed on an installation date with Geoff and he turned up exactly as promised. Geoff did an excellent job and it took a lot of hard work to dismantle all of the old system from the kitchen, loft and bedroom plus reroute the gas pipe to where the new combi is now fixed. I cannot recommend Geoff at R & R highly enough as he is friendly, very knowledgeable, punctual, doesn’t rush the job and makes sure it is correct, plus his workmanship is excellent. We will definitely be asking him to come back, when we need something else done in the future.

I normally don't write reviews but Geoff impressed me so much that I feel I absolutely need to leave one. I had Geoff in a few times, to install the new boiler and for other bits and pieces. Geoff is a true professional and a true master in what he does. Goes the extra mile to help and nothing is a bother. Very neat, very good and clear communication and very honest service, advice and recommendations. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had a new combination boiler fitted to replace an old boiler with water tank in the loft and pipework sorted which took 3days. Geoff worked very quietly and efficiently with total respect for my home. Very happy and now a firm customer for annual services.
