I went in to register a car i just bought . And the title was salvage. . The girl did not review the tirle correctly . After about a week i recieved a call. Stating i need to return my plates because its process to register a salvage title . Which i was NOT informed before paying for registration . I decided i no longer wanted to register the car because its a long process . Because of an employee mistake i lost money. Im suppose to do. Research when. You are there to help. .why. Are people paying. You. If. Your telling people to do research. Cuz. I know what i bought. I should have been told before being charged what the process was thats your job to tell me..

Went there on a Saturday morning The place was very crowded I thought I'd be in here for a long time everything moved along in a timely manner I was very pleased they were very helpful they knew everything I needed out the door I went license plate and hand title transfer wonderful people could not ask for a better place
